a tall teenager enters the department. He has pale skin, shaggy chocolate covered hair, and emerald eyes. He wears loose purple clothes with silver highlights, alongside an assortment of jewelery including a ton of bracelets and dangly earrings. He looks very confused as he blows his hair out of his face, which promptly falls back in his face. Did I mention he is very tall? Like, most others around him have to look up to see his face
