*this is what the weapon does*
When using this weapon, you gain +20 to hit. Only the targeted creature. If you speak the activation phrase, "I am the end of time" and hit the target, you deal 6d8 necrotic damage. This damage isn't effected in any way. The unactivated scythe does +5 to hit and 3d8 necrotic damage. If the target was written onto the death list with blood in the last 24 hours, the target must roll a d20. On a 16-20 the person holding the scythe takes 6d8 radiant damage and is blinded. On a 10-15 nothing happens. On a 2-9 the target is marked and will take an extra 3d6 necrotic damage on the next hit. On a 1 the target's soul is reaped and only divine intervention, a deal with a devil, or a wish spell can bring the target's soul back. If the soul isn't returned to the body within 1 month, the soul will need a new vessel.

The next room is dark. Illuminated by a flickering light that makes a buzzing sound. The room is filled with tools and weapons that look to be for torture. There are two men in the room, one of them is tall and lanky with a black mask and business suit, the other is a normal sized man with a wide set frame and a scarred head. They both turn around, the tall one presses a button. As he does so, a large device with several needles moves away from a boy that is strapped to a chair. The boy is Cody, unconscious and bare chested and heavily injured. His right wrist is almost severed off his arm.
