*I came up with a character that is sadly OP*
*He's basically a more fleshed-out (and nicer) version of Nowak whose only anomalous trait is that he is a physical powerhouse*
*Also he has evolved to survive in Purgatory, but that's a small detail*
*Anyway, I can easily tone him down, but I would like to know what the limit is so I can meet that limit exactly, since this guy has fought the concept of death*
*(Death was using like 1% of its power, but still...)*
