It’s above I believe, it’s basically playing as witches in literally, actually just Salem Massachusetts, 1692.
That sounds awesome, witches are cool, stuff happening in the past is awesome. Hope it goes well with whoever is playing, wish I could but you probably don’t have space.
i’ll start back again on Here Be Dragons tomorrow, though, as well. But I’m having a lot of free time right now :>
Sweet, but don't push yourself if you got things on your plate. I would be interested in playing in this witch campaign though.
I don’t really have anything besides school until march, which is when I start up rowing again. Which is why I’ve been able to do so much stuff. Hopefully I won’t be too overwhelmed, but I’m roleplaying a bit less which means more time for play by posts. but thanks for caring!
alright! Baalz actually already has a character sheet, lol. Only major restriction is you have to be a caster. Starting at level 5. (Half casters and stuff like eldritch knight and arcane trickster are alright as well.) Baalz is playing as an actual hag, since he has a class for that. In addition, I’ll be using a fun little system which I’ll be fleshing out later for you guys to do all of the fun witchy things that the mechanics won’t let you. Basically, lets say you want to perform some sort of ritual or curse someone, you tell me the general idea you have for the ✨process✨ of casting the curse, like burning a lock of hair and then a bushel of belladonna berries or whatever, your intent for the spell, and I’ll either translate it into game effects or help you workshop what else you might need, how you could make it more powerful, that sort of ✨stuff✨.

Alright. Maybe I could try a warlock, either fiend or undead.

Those would be perfect, and you’ll have a lot of options, considering there’s 72 of them.
I like your idea Arch, though I’m not sure if I have time to play and you have three players already. Are these like druidic nature witches or more like demonic or diabolic dark witches?

I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft, Exandria and the Upside Down from Stranger Things. My pronouns are she/they (genderfae).

I get the impression that any of them work.
I'm playing a kitchen witch of all things, which is more on the nature side, but they are also a literal hag, which is more on the dark side.

I've actually found a few that would fit a Fathomless Warlock very well as well; Focalor, Vepar, and Forneus. That could allow me to take on a bit of a lovecraftian vibe without going fully into that.
I could also use Ronove for an Undead Warlock, as they are sort of a grim reaper-like figure in the Ars Goetia and is relatively pacifist in regards to the affairs of demonic conflict. I could also just go with a more general pact with the Grim Reaper itself, acting as one of his soul harvesters.

As Baalz had previously said, any of them work. Baalz is a hag and Coronet is considering making a warlock of one of the Ars Goetia, which is a group of 72 royal demons.

Oh, of course, darlin’!
I was planning on having 3 players (as there is usually 3 to a coven) and I already have Baalz and Coronet, so that’d be perfect!
