Idea one: Takes place in a world that (as far as you know) is made up of solely deserts. Except for some places. Though Mysteries are as varied as people when it comes to personality and kindness, as some are overtly malicious. Each Oasis is different in terms of environment and size, usually relating to the Mystery at the center. You would play as one of these explorers (or not if you feel like it), offered a cut of anything you find with an Oasis. Of course, there’s like a 70% chance that you’d die, but it’s the only real source of consistent income in (enter name of main city here). I mean, do you really want to spend 16 hours a day working and barely make enough to support yourself, if at all?

 

Idea two: (Enter city name here), New York. The city where dreams go to die and barely anyone is special. The fact that your family hasn’t moved away yet shows that wherever they are, they probably aren’t going much further. Painfully average. Not good, not bad just…there Just like most things in life. But on a soccer pitch, even the most mediocre and mundane can become truly extraordinary. This one, would be a much more chill (most of the time) almost slice of life-ish soccer themed thread. You’d play for one of 3 schools. A private school who usually produces the best players, but most of them are self absorbed pompous idiots who think their gods gift to the world and do not get along at all. A public school that just formed its soccer team and has pretty much no idea what they’re doing, but are surely going to try their best. And another public school, who after loosing a majority of their games, is considered cutting funding for the soccer team, unless they somehow do incredibly well this season. Each school would have their own up’s and downs to joining, both on and off their field. And because I felt like it, you don’t have to be a direct player if you don’t feel like it. Be a manager, cheerleader, or just another random student that got close, though soccer would be the main focus of the thread

 Mmmm this is actually a hard decision because on one hand it’s a spooky magic desert puzzle solving and exploration thread, and the other hand is slice of life highschool soccer… I desperately want to play a semi-deranged cheer captain who’s Regina George levels of poison…

 That sounds a combination of cool and terrifying

 Both are pretty cool ideas. For the second one I'd love to play a homeschooler who plays on the private school team because his parents know the coach and there isn't a homeschool league in the area.
