Nope! He turns into a dragon. Although, it does take a great deal of effort, and is compared to lifting the maximum amount of weights one can, and to which Leo Valdez answered, I don't lift weights.

We may have had a misunderstanding here (though with the exception of Medea’s dragons, I do believe most of them are wingless) but what I was saying is that you could not have a regular D&d dragon (you used a blue dragon as an example) unless you had reflavored it to fit with Greek dragons.
speaking of dragons, what would be your lore reason for having a character be able to turn into a dragon in the first place, out of curiosity? I’m genuinely curious because it’s a fun concept :>
Well, the idea was that my character would be a descendant of Zeus, and the ability to take on the form of a dragon would be channeling her powers to enter a form better representing the powers of her godly parent. Her scales would probably be golden, maybe some white tinting or framing as well (those are the two colors I remember being associated with Zeus). It was partially based off of the Lost Hero arc (I think it was?), where there is at least mention of a character able to change form (I can't remember details, It's been a while since I read the books).
