If you want a good non AI dungeon generating software I can give you some, or I can make some dungeons. Honestly, you could request Chris and the others to make little dungeons to submit.

Technically not, because they’re games. Under Night does indeed have something to do with night, hence you almost being completely wrong. Also blood can’t melt since it’s already a liquid.
