Usually, you have to copy the image instead of uploading it. How I do this:
1) I Google the image (say we wanted some Jack Sparrow pic [to make Golden happy])
2) Click on it, when the little thingy pops up then you right click and select 'copy image'
3) Copy in here. If it doesn't work, then you might have to try again or it might not work
