Also generally an assassin doesn’t need to be a skill monkey, they just need to have good dex so that they can hide and have a large to hit bonus. They also need to do a ton of damage in the first turn so the target can’t fight back, and I didn’t scan very well, but this doesn’t seem like it does a lot of damage in the first turn.
