The thing is, I'm pretty sure that death eaters have friendly fired a couple times before, they just randomly cast the most dangerous spells and hope that what they're shooting is their target

2. Accio

3. Run

4. The death eater is only looking at you, they will get crushed and there is no blood on your hands

the only problem is that if Accio makes the item follow the wand

we don't really know if this is the case, but if it is, trading your wand for the death of a single death eater isn't worth it when there are spells like Incendio

the only problem is that if Accio makes the item follow the wand
