Isan Mutationi (Latin for change) is in front of the academy’s entrance, a pigmy cat sitting on his shoulder purring affectionately. His shoulder length white hair is tied into a ponytail. On both his arms, from his wrist to elbows, are rotating tattoos of circles, the symbol of the Mutationi family. (Like this if I’m not being clear)
