Not finding anything, Aly sits down and starts to read the book.

*I was thinking like Aly would. If I were Aly, I’d prioritize food, but I guess you want me to read the book, which is honestly better.*

 It reads the following 

If you are reading this I have either perished or have published my findings on the world’s ghost epidemic. I am Puck Alexander.

Day 1: we have landed on the island now know as spectral shores due to its high amount of ghost and ectoplasmic residue. We have also found at least 5 haunted sites 

Day 2: Theadore has died in a ghost attack. Presumably a ghoul. We have cremated his body in a salt fire to prevent a future attack.

 He reads further. He’s never heard of Alexander, but maybe that’s because his memories are muddled.

 The next few days are similar until you reach day seven 

Day 7: We have discovered a new type of ghost. The phantom: these spirits form much darker apparitions seemingly able to become one with shadows. Whilst not being particularly powerful, they are able to catch even experienced ghosts hunters off guard. Beware 

 

 “What?” He keeps reading.

 More mundane task such as taking ectoplasm readings and measuring haunting until the end. With what looks like a map at the end. Showing the shore you all arrived on as the north shore. Behind which the forest. Everything else is unshown 

 “Huh. What am I supposed to do with this?”

He decides to look closer to see if he missed anything. Investigation: 5

 He sees that the last page talks of more journals
