Tiamat is definitely my favorite of the three well known Dragon gods in 5e.
I also really like the dragon god of death and undeath, Null and his two aspects Chronepsis and Falazure.
I also have a soft spot for the Ninefold Dragon Io, the Dragon Progenitor and father of Bahamut and Tiamat (and all the other dragon gods in some depictions). His existence and death play a big role in my homebrew world I DM, and I even played a character in 4th edition that became the new incarnation of Io. So I am fond of him.
