(Hey Arch. If Abaddon is part of a court that's in the Nine Hells, shouldn't it be the Low Court of the Hells? *begins laughing*)
(Lol)
(although Abaddon isn’t even just part of the court, he’s it’s high judge. It’s like the Supreme Court but he’s all nine of them and has the final decision in the punishment, fun!)
*Person: Are you part of the court?*
*Abaddon: I AM THE COURT!!!*
(Oh my god, that's f*ckin' hilarious. Hey Arch, do you have a statblock for Abaddon already? Also, does he have distinct personalities for each judge that would be there if he wasn't the only one?)
*I do have Abaddon’s statblock, he’s almost as scary as Corvin but only when he’s fighting with his executioner, Astaroth. And he does not, I was just using the Supreme Court as an example of the power he has in the High Court. There are other judges in his court but they only handle the less important cases and they are nowhere near his understanding of law, considering he’s spent eternities studying them.*
(I was gonna offer to homebrew him for you if you didn't, so that's why I asked. And OK, I just thought he was the only judge.)
*well, thanks anyways, that would’ve been super awesome. But don’t want you to spend all your time doing that if you don’t have to, I already like the Statblock he has. And it’s sort of like a hierarchy, with different level judges at each rank, with him at the top. I guess you could say he’s the only important judge. Because he basically is the court*

Darkness seems to have fallen on a section of the dome as something has landed there, the land arounded beginning to freeze over with black ice infused with pure necrotic energies. The darkness begins to reveal the souls of the poor folks that have perished in this dome overtime, as the darkness warps and transforms them into various shadowy entities from the lowly shade to the mighty and terrifying Nightwalkers, all now loyal to their new mistress that has granted them their shadowy forms. From the dark, freezing miasma at the darkness's center, a figure emerges, a colossal dracolich with blacken bones covered in black and purple shards of ice that pulsate with arcane and necromantic power. Her three heads survey the land around her, purple flames alight in her eye sockets dance, gleaming with frightening intelligence. She unleashes a soul chilling roar.
Coronet, Duchess of the Undying Winter and faithful of the Dragon Cult has arrived.
Lonely gasps in excitement as Coronet arrives, running over from literally across the dome. They’ll be here in a few minutes.
the doom duck watches from afar.
Abaddon and his executioner are nearby, interviewing people. He looks to Coronet.
”Hello. Please list your name as well as every single crime you have ever commited, it will make my job a lot easier.” He hands her a slip of paper which unfolds to three hundred times its original length, with little checkboxes next to a list of every single possible crime they could ever imagine.
Coronet notices Lonely approaching, before turning to Abbadon, her three heads staring eerily as if she is always grinning due to having no skin over her skulls.
"Crimes? And by what authority do you have to command such information. I only answer to the Almighty Awe of the Dragon Cult." The ghostly voices speaks, echoing out as one."
“I have the Authority of the High court of the Hells. I am Abaddon, Supreme Adjudicator of the high court of the hells. I handle all legal matters of universal importance, as well as crimes at extremely important places, such as this one.”
"The only Hellish influence I'd even bother to respect in that inferno place is Mother Tiamat, and she cares more for resolving issues through lethal combat then through worthless litigation. As I said, I follow the great Awe, Supreme Dragon God of the Dragon Cult. So if you take issues with me, speak with him about it."
“I have no issues, I simply wish to know whether you are innocent or not. It is simply my duty to persecute and punish wrongdoers. Answer the questions, please. I won’t stop until you do so.”
She looks over the long list.
It’s basically a bunch of questions asking about very specific scenarios and crimes, most of them yes or no, about whether they committed them or not. While they are all strangely specific, the list is so long is has practically everything covered. He waits patiently, flipping through his book, Malleus, with his tiny reading glasses.
Any crimes revolving around practicing Necromancy get checked, as she is a master Necromancer.
There are surprisingly few about Necromancy, but there are a few there, mostly referring to the manipulation of either an unwilling, living person’s body with necromancy or the corruption, destruction, or consumption, or use of an unwilling soul in a spell, such as soul cage. He takes back the list and overviews it.
”Interesting… how many times did you use a soul cage spell on an unwilling mortal, that ended in their soul being exploited for the vitality it can wield, and then their soul was let go to their respective afterlife?”
"Hm...a fair few times in my "youth" before discovering willing and eager souls were much more useful." She says with her eternal eerie smile.
“Please give me a number, I’m running calculations. Thank you for complying, confessing to every crime you’ve ever committed really does help speed up my job, otherwise I’d have to have a trial for every poor soul in here.”
She stands their, calculating for a bit. "26 of them according to my mental notes, and you might still need to run some trails. If some of the folks that I know are hear, they will be far less compliance. This is a battle dome after all."
“Good point. I’m looking forward to putting Anarchy and Jylek on trial, they are responsible both for many, many crimes. Now, for your punishment… 123,957 years in Malbolge, the worst prison in Hell. If you would just follow me please,” he begins walking towards his infernal rift, expecting her to follow.
"Just because I cooperated with your questions doesn't mean I will go with you my good sir. Only my God Awe may command me, for it is he I serve. I'd suggest you take your issues to him, or just focus on hunting down the two you seem to have a priority to catch." She says in a tone dripping with guile and silver, before she chuckles menacingly and dissipates into shadows, teleporting away.
