*Regardless of the answer to my last question I have this dude*
A huge man stands in front of the remains of a farmhouse. It has been destroyed by... who knows, frankly. It doesn't look like ghouls or any other regular monster. The man hefts a massive, worn axe. His face is mostly covered by a wooden mask with no eyeholes, with one fully black eye visible underneath a broken area. His white hair is patchy and stringy. His torso is covered in brutal slash marks, which do not bleed, rather glow a dull reddish black. In his other hand, he holds a small knife, covered with fresh blood, which he promptly discards, as he turns and walks away from the frozen farmhouse, patches of frost remaining where his boots hit the ground.
Aramar Evergreen walks towards the farmhouse, curious about what caused this
The farmhouse is literally frozen. Slightly black ice covers every inch of the place. It also looks as if something tried to cut it in half beforehand.
Aramer takes a look around cautiously, unslinging his bow and notching it
*Whoops sorry*
The massive man appears about 20 ft away in Aramer's peripheral vision.
*I'm going to roll for stealth* 15
Aramar attempts to hide from the massive man and observe him cautiously
Aramer succeeds in hiding.
The man moves slowly, frost forming where his bare feet touch the ground. The axe he carries drags along the floor. He mutters something, but it's muffled by his mask.
Aramar fires an arrow at the man for hit 23 damage if it hits 13

A towering humanoid, maybe eleven feet tall, saunters over, almost dancing as they do so. They are dressed in a tattered, bright red costume straight out of a Venetian carnival, but they wear a rusted knight's helmet in place of a typical mask and hat. They bow to the huge man. "What have we here?"
Adeline has spent a while resting, drying off her soft scales, and taking in the warm sunlight- now, though, she's left to the surrounding forest to get something to eat. As luck would have it, there's some snowbanks left that haven't fully melted, and one unaware ghoul had wandered a bit too close to her hiding spot. Her mouth, to her own surprise, unfurls from its more humanoid appearance into a frankly nightmarish arrangement of cutting and tearing mandibles- perfect for undead flesh. Currently, the moth-fey-beast is continuing her meal, pausing every so often to clean off the blood from her face and moth fluff.

He nods. "Not far. She's still digging out the basement and foundations. I fear for her health once she begins attempting to fell trees." He dispels his items and walks over, conjuring a washcloth before delicately cleaning the remaining blood off Adeline's face.

Adeline's curiosity is replaced by concern at that last sentence, the moth-beast letting him clean the blood around her mouth. "Thank you very much. I'm going to go find her." And, staying true to her word, she goes looking for Carnival, attempting to sense her psychic presence and locate her based on that.
