He would stand up, the top of his now bloodied stick forming a massive wicked blade with sharp tooth like edges. He will make two attacks at the wolf.
1st Attack: 21 Damage: 13 necrotic damage
2nd Attack: 11 Damage: 20 necrotic damage
If one of these attacks hit, the wolf needs to make a DC 18 Wisdom save, or be frighten of Andrew until the end of his next turn.
