Elijah is absently watching him, something clearly on his mind.
After a bit Asada takes a break from his practice and notices the blonde. "Hey Elijah, how's it going?"
He waves, smiling slightly. “I’m good. You know, it’s really cool that you can, just, like, do all that magic stuff.” He is nowhere near as enthusiastic as usual, and Asada can tell.
"Yeah, though learning new ones can be quite a challenge." he says with a chuckle, a bit bashful at the bit of praise before noticing Elijah's demeanor. "You alright, you seem a bit troubled...still suffering from sleepless nights after....the quest?"
His smile turns to a frown. “-…I’m fine.”
he pauses, looking down, then back up at Asada.
”…n-no, I’m not- that was a lie. Uhm…” he looks down. “I saw… -… Leslie-“ he pauses again, trembling a bit, not finishing the sentence.

He locks eyes with Asada, recoiling a bit in shock at his outburst.
”uhm- I- I… last night- or a few nights ago- it’s blurry- I-I saw-… Le-… her… at camp. I thought I w-was hallucinating- or-or- dreaming- but I wasn’t.” He stands up. “I saw her die. B-but… I just- she just got back-… I haven’t told anyone else. I-… couldn’t.”
