I saw this thread and initially thought I hadn't really done anything like your 'Toast', but then realized...
I legitimately ALWAYS make an NPC based off of me who does what I would do.
Which, umm... may or may not normally get my players killed. They always laugh, though.
One example: An insane robot who thought he was British, was constantly 'drinking' tea, and led them all of the side of a building. Because he could hover. He forgot they couldn't.
