*I have Lysander (you know who they are), Claw (you know who he is), Rak (Power hungry freak), and Desto (Fallen god allied with Hettie and three others but not necessarily against Correlion.)*
*I have Sylvern, who I have not yet calced the XP of since a month ago. Maybe could intro someone new.*
*Ooh that would be cool. How long would that take?*
*Introing or calculating the XP?*
*Introing.*

*Light crossbows do less damage than Heavy crossbows, both being two handed weapons so you can’t wield a shield, and at that point it’s better to just have a longbow because its range is so good. Hand crossbows work best because crossbow expert lets you make a bonus action attack with a hand crossbow. And you can still be holding a shield while you do it. Crossbows are also terrible without crossbow expert because of their loading property, you’ll only be getting two shots per turn.*

*Yeah, and sorry I meant hand crossbows. It was a campaign that we were meant to lose eventually, A test of skill.*
"I am comfortably neutral at this time, yes. I don't make deals or allegiances lightly. Been in this game long enough to know that being reckless can be dangerous."
“So you consider this a game. Interesting. I need to know what game we are playing so we can strategize.”
"When you have been here as long as I, its hard not to see all this as just an endless game with no true victory. We are still trapped here, we die only to come back and try all over again. So many matches, so many different results, only for the board to be wiped and the game begins anew."
“What strategies are there in the game?”
"Honestly it depends on the players. For example, take the two current big players. Correlion seems pretty big on not demanding fealty from their followers, but that does mean that they have to rely on their words being genuine which is a big risk when it comes to the sorts that exist here. However, they have managed to make it work through his own strength and indebting others to him. They are loyal for that reason. Malrick, and by extension Umbraveth by proxy, have used diplomacy to amass followers. Not to mention using the "aggression" Correlion has displayed to draw others to this cause. Spending there earlier time here forming connections means they have quite the extensive network. Correlion's is impressive too, but they aren't quite as unified from what I have gathered."

*Crossbow builds work only if they’re hand crossbows. 1v1ing a greatwyrm is a terrible idea but you can maybe pull it off with echo knight/gloomstalker/assassin, sharpshooter/elven accuracy/piercer/crossbow expert, and hopefully with a magic item. Your nova damage there should be around 231 without crits and with only a +3 crossbow, but you can’t really get any higher than that without luck or magic items.*
*Also would like to note that while this number seems impressive, it’s a one turn nova as well as lacking any utility whatsoever, so it would lose a 1v1 with a greatwyrm unfortunately.*
*I meant hand crossbows, sorry. I usually pumped out at least 200 damage per turn. I had several magic items though, including the blood fury tattoo and others. So with a few spells and effects active, I could easily triple that damage.*

*I personally hate combat, and as a DM, try to avoid it. I feel like it takes up too much of our short playtime when it happens. the idea of running a meat grinder interests me, but when the entire session is fighting 5 enemies, I don't want to run one anytime soon*
*Me too. I usually prefer intrigue and the like. Some combat is good though, especially when there is a build up beforehand. I hate random encounters.*
