I find the idea of one multiverse to be unfeasible with all of the rules set by numerous franchises when delving into multiversal concepts so I propose the Polymultiverse, all multiverses exist at the same time but separate.

Level 3-Arcane Communication
Ask a question (yes or no), then roll a die. 1-6 means don't 7-13 means roll again and 13-20 means do it.
If you do what the patrons say, you get advantage on your next roll (this doesn't happen for following the re roll command) and you gain +100 PE if you have unlocked PE.
Level 5-Patron Enjoyment
PE is gained from using Arcane Communication and does what follows:
At 0-500 PE, you have disadvantage on your next 3 turns after failing an Arcane Communication order
At 500-700 PE, you have no changes
At 700-1000 PE, you get advantage on actions that are encouraged by Arcane Communication
At 1000+ PE, you get the 700-1000 bonus as well as a reroll on a nat 1 roll on charisma and intelligence
