*You can make an Opportunity Attack when a creature that you can see leaves your reach using its action, its Bonus Action, its Reaction, or one of its speeds. To make the Opportunity Attack, take a Reaction to make one melee attack with a weapon or an Unarmed Strike against the provoking creature. The attack occurs right before the creature leaves your reach.*
In this case they are using their action to push you correct? In this case you are moving out of their reach, not the other way around. Which not does not allow you to make an attack.

Whether I leave your reach or uyou leave my reach is irrelevant. Only if the requirements have been met

Requirement #2: You were in my reach, and you no longer are

Correct, an opportunity attack is a: "chance to strike an enemy who is fleeing or passing by". It would be absolutely broken if this were the case, making every push (Both spell and physical force) to be near entirely usless. This also doesn't make sense from a logistical point of view, considering the whole reason this ability is a reason in the first place is because of the opening an enemy leaves when retreating or moving near you. For example, when I am fencing (Kinda like swordfighting) your competitor leaves an opening whenever they are retreating, especially if they are doing so with any speed. Alright, I'm out
