Hero Forge should allow you to make the tails bigger, so that you could make tieflings with tails that are in proportion to the character. For example, a tiefling with a tail almost as long as they are tall.
They are fairly long already, though. Here's it straightened and pointing up. (I kept the first two joints tilted or, else, the tail would stick up through the spine.)
(I always position tail of the Tiefling ["Human" with horns and tail to fit PHB descriptions] to wrap around a leg. PHB states that they often do that.)
Normally, one wouldn't want a tail so long as to trip over it. (Never played this character - Tiefling Ranger, but I keep it around so I don't have to fiddle with the tail settings each time without reference.)
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
True, they are pretty long already, but they aren't as thick as they should be for a Tiefling. Also, it says that their tails only do that when they are upset or frightened/scared.
On landscape/wide oriented editor (not shown in portrait/narrow editor), I have it as the 4th icon from the right. It links an internet-hosted image for displaying. (To my knowledge, DDB doesn't host user images beyond character sheet and user avatar stuff.)
The "Demon" tail is thicker than a Human's arm. "Lizard" tail is thicker but doesn't have the arrowhead tip.

But the PHB Tieflings on pages 129 and 171 have thinner tails as more commonly seen in other artwork. They are far longer, though.
... but again, those tails I just referenced are too thin for HeroForge to print without the appendage becoming far too delicate. (Notice that the bows are unreasonably thick at HeroForge to avoid becoming too frail.)
It's a trade off. A tail too big can result in a miniature that's physically unbalanced. A tail too thin makes it too fragile.
Can't forget that HeroForge's printing has a area limit for standard minis only so much distance beyond the square base. HeroForge can do only so much.
What you're seeking is something more manually sculpted than HeroForge's automation-assisted productions. You're probably better to get pieces to assemble and paint than to 3D-print.
EDIT: Been having no end of trouble with getting pages to load completely. Sorry the response took so long. (This city's infrastructure relied on much of the population to be on campus' internet, not at home on the city's. Cable people in this town have it worse because they lose connection completely for hours.)

In the Tiefling art in the PHB, it shows a Tiefling with a tail about as thick as their waist.
