So my riders are 20 feet from being of the hill in the directions left and forward at a left 45 degree angle maintaining their two line formation

 This is incomprehensible.

Also there's only really enough space for 3 rows of 16 Riders, which is slightly less than a third of the space you'd need for just your riders. Because of this, I will come up with a new area. Just give me a sec.

My armies are at the North end, in the following arrangement: 1 formation of Bastions forming a single row of 40 soldiers, which is 200 feet wide; 1 formation of Necromancers in the same arrangement as the Bastions, but 10 feet behind them; and both Catapults located 10 feet from the North edge, with one 40 feet from the West edge and the other 40 feet from the East edge.

Okay 10 rows of everything except the Hydra, two rows of those.

So the riders move forward for all 60 of their feet because they would be on the edge, if my math is correct because they are on the left.
