The idea is simple. I present an environment for the dungeon, its purpose, its creators, a room limit, and the boss of said dungeon, and you all each design a room and explain it at length. And no, this isn’t just because I have no ideas for my upcoming one-shot.
First Prompt: THE CORPUS
A massive dungeon with fleshy walls that seems like a cross between an organic building and a titanic, pulsating cephalopod. It was crafted by a group of deviant mind flayers who sought to grant their elder brain a body befitting it, matching its psionic power with ordinary physical abilities. Currently, the Corpus is in a state of fetal unawareness, like a developing zygote in an egg. It is embedded in the wall of a large cave in the Underdark. The boss is the elder brain itself, in the head area. The entrance to the Corpus is the beaked mouth of the horrific living dungeon.

I'll lay a white rose on the cold earth, knowing it that it has not claimed your soul.
to power this enormous, slowly growing body, there are three separate chambers to the south, southeast, and southwest of the head chamber where the elder brain lies. They are 20 by 20 foot rooms lined with delicate flesh, and are some of the most important parts of the dungeon. The heart has a sort of, “control panel,” for the use of the mindflayer servants of the elder brain. This control pad allows for a creature to control what parts of the dungeon the Heart has access to. The elder brain can also control this from afar as an action. Let’s assume the dungeon is split up into different sections, let’s go with like 5 for now. The heart, every other round, fills with a blood like liquid completely as blood rushes to it. The round after, it drains and the blood is pumped to the part of the body the heart is selected to have access to. This part of the body is filled 5 feet with the blood for every heart flowing blood to it, and it requires creatures in the area to make a DC 15 strength saving throw or be knocked prone as the blood rushes in. At the end of the turn, the blood drains back into the vessels. Creatures of small size or smaller can fit in the gigantic blood vessels located at the heart, and can travel along with the bloodstream to it’s destination. If a part of the body doesn’t receive blood once every 5 minutes, it withers and breaks down as it’s organic parts start to die and deteriorate, causing special debuffs to traps in that area depending on the rooms. After an hour, a part without blood dies and ceased to function. The heart has 100 hitpoints, and regenerates 1 hitpoint a round. The hearts are usually each guarded by a mindflayer, and one or two intellect devourers that can use the blood vessels to transport themselves.

The cthulu arm: a hallway, around 60 feet wide and 240 feet long, with large rooms for fingers, that each have a mindflayer in it:
room 1: a work desk that the flayer is sitting near. when the flayer is killed it is revealed that the room was actually a fleshy place full of 3 spider swarms, 4 giant spiders, and two mated phase spiders. all but the phase spiders than attack the players
room 2: a dark and small cave with a few bears in it
room 3: a small house with wood on the flesh walls and food. a kindly old dwarf gives the players food, and if they eat it, they get poisoned and one point of exhaustion. if they eat anymore they get blind and deaf, and the dwarf (actually a lich with no spells, and 25 str) pulls out a very bloody (+3) lance and stabs them, screaming "New food! NEW FOOD!!! HAHAHHAHAH!!!" if they reduce the dwarf to less then 65 health, the dwarf melts into the walls and is at 30 health in the next room they enter. there is severed limbs in the fridge.
room 4: a near empty room with one staff of healing in it. (no mind flayer here)
room 5: a room with a non-aggressive yochlol, and two (instead of one) mind flayers. the yochlol helps the players.
room 6: a new, random dimension. (no mind flayers but usually it is fleshy and evil)
there is another, or even more arms that are the same, except the rooms are different and the room creature is different (except for room 6)
