This isn’t really about character stats and magic; it’s more of a fashion thing.
I think that most folks, when they hear “Paladin”, they picture the classic “white knight” design. A style like that would be appropriate for an Oath of Devotion. But what sort of designs/armors would seem more fitting for other Oaths?
For instance, I once played a Vengeance/Dueling Paladin inspired by Anakin Skywalker (Sailor background), and just stuck with studded leather armor, for mobility reasons. But what about oaths like Crown, Redemption, Glory, Ancient, etc?

Oath of...
Devotion: "sometimes called cavaliers, white knights, or holy warriors, these paladins meet the ideal of the knight in shining armor."
Ancients: "They adorn their armor and clothing with images of growing things — leaves, antlers, or flowers — to reflect their commitment to preserving life and light in the world."
Vengeace:"To these paladins — sometimes called avengers or dark knights — their own purity is not as important as delivering justice."
Watchers: "A Watcher Paladin's armor gleams with silver runes, celestial motifs, and a watchtower emblem, symbolizing their eternal vigilance against extraplanar threats."
Redemption: "Armor features serene blue and white hues, adorned with symbols of peace and protection, reflecting their vow to bring harmony."
Glory: "Shines with golden accents and laurel motifs, exuding an aura of heroism and divine strength, inspiring allies in battle."
Crown: " Regal designs with royal blue and silver hues, adorned with emblems of authority and justice, symbolizing their dedication to law and order."
Conquest: "Is intimidating, forged with dark iron and adorned with jagged spikes and ominous symbols of dominance."
Oathbreaker: "is arnished by decay and presenting shadowy motifs, with faded colors and representing an aura of despair."
