Hello, new to D&D here! I'm not really familiar with how the rules and guidelines work, so I guess I'm asking this here? I'm designing a new character named Kalah that I want to be a neutral good Paladin, but I want her god to be some sort of lustful and sexual god for funnies. Am I allowed to do that?
Paladins don't necessarily follow gods. The source of their magic is divine but they get it by following a strict oath. Clerics are the ones that are all about the gods (more specifically they are all about specific domains various gods reign over).
That being said, rules-wise none of that is necessary. It's all just flavour. If you want your Paladin to get their power directly from that god then that's something you should talk with your DM about.
If you just want your Paladin to be a follower of that god without it necessarily being tied to their powers then that's just as fine as a Fighter or Barbarian or whatever to be a follower of that god. Not every follower gets to have fancy powers after all (there are lots of priests that aren't Clerics too).

I've never encountered a forum where I got this many "talking to a wall" impressions as this one...
The Cavaliers of the Ruby Rose are a canonical Forgotten Realms Paladin Order devoted to Sune, that was already established in 3.5. So, yes, in the far less restrictive 5e this should not be a problem at all.

100% you can do that. As paladins are written for this edition, you are devoted to an ideal, but that doesn't mean you can't get your power the "old way". It states: Although many paladins are devoted to gods of good, a paladin’s power comes as much from a commitment to justice itself as it does from a god. So, yes, you can get your powers from a God if you so desire. You just don't HAVE to anymore.
On to your god; finding an oath that matches a god or goddess of pleasure and hedonism is a bit more challenging. Conquest perhaps? "The Oath of Conquest calls to paladins who seek glory in battle and the subjugation of their enemies". Perhaps her "battles" to seduce the unseduceable. To bring pleasure to those who would not find it otherwise. It's a bit of a reach, but I think I could sell that to MY DM.
As for a god, Sune has been suggested, but I would also throw Sharess's hat into the ring. I think she'd be a better fit for what you suggested, and is 100% the goddess I'd pick for a paladin of pleasure.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
Also, just to throw out another option. Your pally doesn’t have to follow a god of lust to be lustful. It can just be an rp thing. They can be any kind of paladin, with any of the oaths, and just be, you know, really free in their sexuality. Horny bards are a classic trope, but there’s no reason you can’t be a horny paladin. And you’ll have a good cha, so you can probably… win people over … as they say.
lol I actually brought this thread to the attention of my group. My last comment on it was "In the hands of a responsible player it could be fun. In the hands of most players...it's a bard."

You could actually align with this using Oath of the Ancients. The tenets talk about generating, keeping and protecting joy. There isn't anything saying that it can't be the joys of the flesh. The real concern is to keep your oath bound activities in line with joy, and how people perceive it. This means a LOT of insight checks, not just with PCs and NPCs, but with your fellow players.
Also, it could be as benign as cheering up a tired innkeep with some goofy flirting!
The only thing I'll add to this is that the classic neutral good approach to sex is that it's all about giving pleasure to others. Nothing gets a neutral good character off more than having his (her, it's) partner in the throes of ecstacy.
There's no reason why a neutral good paladin wouldn't want to spread the love, so long as his particular oath didn't prevent it.

Keep it light, keep it consensual.

Kiltzi was the Maztican goddess of love, both romantic and lustful, fertility, and health.
