I've still got a few levels left before I can take my next feat so it's not a rush by any means, but I'm really thinking that a familiar would be fun to have. Of course I have my Find Steed, but having another animal might provide some utility, and mostly I just think it'd be cool.
I'm interested in which is the better feat to get my other animal companion, Initiate or Caster? Two cantrips or ritual spells?
I'm a two weapon fighter/dual wielder, so I won't get any use of Booming Blade or Green Fire Blade.
As you don't really have the Intelligence to reliably use them for damaging foes, your best cantrip options would be utility-oriented. And two cantrips, while potentially useful, isn't that useful.
Ritual Caster has the potential to expand your spellcasting considerably. You could even start adding your own known spells (Detect Magic, Detect Poison and Disease, and Purify Food and Drink just from the PHB) so you won't ever have to prepare them, but by RAW you need to transcribe each one into a Spell Scroll first.
If you’re two weapon, ritual caster is probably the way to go. You won’t have a free hand for somatic components for your cantrips, so most any casting you’d do would have to be out of combat anyway.

Do you have intelligence or wisdom 13?
If not you won't be able to take Ritual Caster anyway.
If that's the case then Magic Initiate is your only option.
I do actually. (Rolled well)

Three levels of warlock can get you pact of the chain or pact of the tome for your familiar needs.
