This campaign is Hoard of the Dragon Queen. You may use any content except CR, MtG, or Eberron.  You can use any of the three methods for ability scores. Artificer is allowed even though it's in ERftLW and WGtE. You can use any character customizations from TCoE. To apply, you also need to send a PM to me after your post on this thread when you can. The PM must include a d10 roll (for bond to the story). Put your character on this thread. If you want to use homebrew, you must run in through me in the same PM you sent to me for applying. I will choose 4-6 players.
