Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years passed and my brother and I discovered the new Avatar, an airbender named Aang. The war rages on, with no end in sight. Although Aang crippled the Fire Nations offensive, all it managed to do was stall the war, as after brutal offensives from both sides, neither side has been able to gain a distinct enough advantage over one another. Many believe there is no hope, while others believe the war will last another 100 years until Sozin's Comet returns yet again, however we are on the brink of discovering something that could change the face of not only the war, but our world forever. Whether it is for the better, or for the worse, we have to wait and see.
