Not to be that guy, but to kind of be that guy. I'm seeing a difference in the way people are rolling stats. Some doing standard roll 4d6 drop lowest 1, and some rolling 4d6 and re rolling 1s once dropping the lowest. Is there a preference?
Backstory: Ariadne "Ari" Gorehunger comes from a long line of tiefling necromancers and warlocks. Ari's magic never came out quite right, more often doing more good than harm. There was no love lost from her parents, though, and they tried to reassure her with every accomplishment she could make. No one in this world probably reacted to the effects of the spell Bane with more excitement than her father, the whole evening turned to celebration afterwards. Ari's relationship with her sister is quite strained. Her older sister thrived in such an environment while Ari tended to stick out like a sore thumb. Isadora has a tendency to tease little Ariadne often. She's not grim, not very serious, seems to brighten a room with airheaded innocence instead of draining them. "You tire me plenty, little girl," her sister'd say with a sigh.
Now? Ari wants to go out and prove she can be just as accomplished as the rest of her family without dabbling in the dark. Not to prove herself to her sister, or her family, but just to herself.
Race: Tiefling
Class: Grave Cleric (Though Life Domain is just fine if this is a problem)

I would like for it be roll 4d6 drop lowest 1 but it's relatively fine if they do another method. Im pretty lenient.
I might have to extend the deadline because we do not have enough people yet, so i am extending it to Wednesday.
If you want to start sooner I can recruit a friend from discord. They dont search these forms very often. If you would rather I can send them here to apply

Once a respected member of a centaur tribe known for their martial skill. Arnestra was renowned for her physical prowess, agility, and endurance, which made her a formidable warrior.
As a member of her tribe, Arnestra participated in various hunting expeditions, protecting her fellow centaurs and ensuring their survival. She honed her skills and trained with other weapons, becoming proficient in combat techniques specific to her tribe's traditions. Arnestra also took part in tribal rituals, ceremonies, and celebrations, deeply connected to the natural world and her centaur heritage.
Aside from her warrior duties, Arnestra had a passion for exploration and learning. She would often venture into uncharted territories, discovering hidden places, and encountering diverse cultures. Arnestra had a particular affinity for studying ancient ruins, searching for artifacts, and deciphering forgotten scripts.
Her curiosity and thirst for knowledge set her apart from others in her tribe. Arnestra would spend hours absorbed in books and scrolls, delving into topics such as magic, history, and the arcane arts. She even showed an aptitude for spellcasting, though she primarily used her physical abilities in combat.
However, her life took a tragic turn when she encountered a powerful being, unknown to her at the time, who began to torment her with relentless mental attacks. The entity preyed upon her vulnerabilities, exploiting her doubts, fears, and insecurities. Over time, the mental strain became unbearable, slowly eroding Arnestra's willpower and resilience.
Eventually, worn down by the relentless onslaught, Arnestra succumbed to the manipulations of her tormentor. Desperate for relief from the mental anguish, she made a pact with the unknown patron, granting her access to eldritch powers and dark magic. From that point forward, Arnestra's life took a darker path, as she became a centaur warlock, wielding a combination of physical prowess and newfound arcane abilities, all at the cost of her freedom and the unknown consequences of her pact.
I might have to extend the deadline because we do not have enough people yet, so i am extending it to Wednesday.

Backstory: Hailing from a small island within the Sword Coast, Griffyn spent most of his life on ships and in the salty air. His father, the only blood family he could recall as his mother passed when he was quite young, brought him from ship to ship as he worked as a crewmen wherever he could find work. Griffyn wasn't able to remain idle though. He was similarly set to work cleaning tight spaces, helping with the cooking, running messages from the one area to another. Though it all wasn't work. Every day brought new sites, new people, new tales. Every night brought shifting stary skies, laughter and jaunty tunes. Years went by and while he books were hard to come by (and even harder to keep dry) worldly knowledge was plentiful in all the variety crews and passengers he met. He soaked in what he could. Everything from how to hold a blade, to singing, to the histories of various nations presents and past.
Like all things though, childhood came to an end. At one particular port on the coast. He found himself at odds with a sore loser with some particularly good connections. He went from a good night of cards to being blacklisted from work from any reputable ship forcing him to a new adventure further inland.
All right i have chosen all the players for our little adventure. Thank you for applying and if you didn't get chosen i'm really sorry. You guys are all great. IF you did get chosen however there will be a friend request in Discord and a PM for a little post play questionare.
