The best thing to do is just check the forum quite often looking for threads that are recruiting. Having a character or two ready to go is good as well. That way, you can go ahead and post the one you think will work best according to the information provided. More new campaigns start on the weekends than during the week, from what I've observed.
Can i join ..? I have 2 characters ready a druid or a ranger if you need heal or dps . you can pick . Im central time zone Us i can play 7pm and later unless my job app gets a hire then time might change based on work.
This thread was me asking for a game, not having one to join. Look for other posts marked "Recruiting" - most of them will be asking for an application of some kind or another. These applications will typically ask about the character you wish to play. Find a game whose structure and DM interests you, and post your character's information and backstory and information there in the application format the DM requests.. Do not get discouraged if you are not picked right away -- nobody gets picked every time - but keep at it, and you will find a game.
Good luck!
