It is a dark and quiet cool night, everyone has made there separate journeys traveling to Phandalin for various reasons. Whether just fortuitous timing or even perhaps fate everyone has came across a small Inn.
Sitting just outside the corner of the High Road coming from neverwinter and the Triboar Trail is The Thirsty Goat Inn.
Everyone comes in one at time over a span of 15 min seeking a place to unwind after a travel, have a few Ales, some food and a place to settle in for the night.
Everyone walks into the old but well maintained inn almost seemingly one after another. Theres not much going on just 2 patrons, sitting together at a table tucked into the corner of this dim lit Inn. Also, you see a small bar top that sits 4 people at the Front of the Inn, tended by an older gentleman, sitting there inspecting the clean glasses as if he's not expecting many visitors tonight. But as everyone starts coming in it went from 2 patrons to 8 really fast and he starts to scramble as if he never had this many people visit at one time before.
Everyone is free to interact as you will whether it is to order drinks, food, inquire about sleeping arrangements, or introduce yourselves to each other and patrons.
Gwath stakes out a place in the corner farthest from the door, his back to the wall. "Innkeeper, what accomodations do you have for the night, and what's on the menu?" Gwath then quietly watches the customers enter and move about the common room looking for weapons or other signs that they are adventurers, smiling slightly and nodding to each one he identified.

You find a small table opposite the room of the 2 patrons sitting at a table tucked into the corner.
The Inkeeper responds "Ah yes it will be 3 silver for a room and 2 copper for a bunk." then after he tells you the pricing of the accommodations, he yells out "Marissa! We have another guest!" Then walks out an older woman with a menu. Walking towards your table she says to you "Here is a menu, just yell at my wonderful husband when your ready dear. He's hard of hearing." Then she walks away to the back room. On the menu you notice typical food items at most Inns. You notice they have a specialty stew.
As your skimming through the menu, you notice 5 more patrons walking in almost one after another, wondering to yourself where did all these people come from? Roll a perception check
Leading the others into the tavern, a large (7' tall with heavy build) woman enters the room, calling out behind her, "This is the best inn in Phandalin to spend a night."
The woman has grey skin that looks almost like stone along with long black hair that might never have been cut. She's wearing winter gear, but doesn't appear to be armored. But the plentitude of axes she carries, along with the bow on her back shows that she's ready for trouble.
She looks around and then takes a seat at an empty table.
OOC: I'm assuming she's here because she guided someone else, who will be following behind her, either for the entire trip, or the rest of the way after meeting.
A hooded figure with a scarf that covers his face enters the tavern. He is walking, using a stick with an apple on top of it. Looks like he has a bit of a limp. He goes in, finds a spot near the door. After that he scans the patrons to look for anyone he doesn't like (Perception 14+5=19).
Leopoldine enters the inn. Leo is an average looking human. around 6 feet, maybe a little less, brown shaggy hair, and well built. He is wearing breeches that go down below his knee high white socks. He has on a navy, velvet like coat, over a white button up shirt, and on his back he is carrying a bundle that dings and clangs as he moves. "Bartender, a meal for music!" He says loudly. Then, looking around, he sees the two patrons in the corner, and the others in the opposite corner, and heads over to Gwaths table, pulling out his bagpipes and playing a slow, dramatic tune that picks up speed as he goes. Performance 13.

The 2 travelers you just guided safe passage show their appreciation and pay you your fee. " Thank you Runt! You did not disappoint!" they say. Then they find there own table and get a menu from Marissa.
You sit down at an empty table and a woman approaches. You turn your head and have to look down because of your tall stature and See a young Elf woman, with long blonde hair thats braided into a long pony tail. "She says hello I'm Sister Garaele."

You then here a the Tattooed Black/Gray skin Elf invite you to his table. You look over and see he has a pitcher of Ale and 6 mugs on the table. He looks like your kind of company.

Tucker walks, whistling a tune that gets quickly drowned out but the, wait is someone bathing a cat?, he thinks to himself. He's short, maybe 4 ft tall, looking like a child but for the chin of new whisker growth. A mop head of brown hair, tanned rust colored skin can be seen when peeking out of his blue gray travel cloak, carrying a staff with a stone of some sort set in a knot hole at the top. As he makes his way to the bar he'll nod to everyone in turn. You notice his striking ice blue eyes are the same shade as the cats perched on the small back worn on his back. afternoon mate, he addresses the barkeep, a bowl of that fine stew, mug of mead and a small bowl of milk if you would sir. the cat jumps to the bar, looks around and meows. Tucker drops his pack as he hops up on the stool.
Frederick scans around and mutters to himself: "Ah, finally a pause from THE nonsense".
After that he removes his hood and scarf. You can now see light skinned and innocent looking human with well groomed charcoal hair.
He nods at the tattooed elf and sits down. Sniffs the drink and raises the mug: "Cheers to you whoever you are. Is this drink free or does it come with strings attached?"

indeed it is and thank you. And she is called Fey, a little play on words she says.
The InnKeeper just nods and Says “enjoy your milk little kitty” then walks away from the bar too moving glasses and plates around.
