Strahd... that shifty, blood sucking, pile of magnificent malevolence has dodged me too many times. Having been a part of more than one failed CoS campaign, I am seeking to slay my white whale.
My empassioned plea goes out to the DMs with the guts and gusto to run that monster of a campaign and its most infamous villain.
I'll be patiently sharpening stakes and crafting holy water in the meantime...

I'll give the module a look and see if I want to DM it.
Not once, nor twice, but thrice.
1 IRL: made it to level 3 or 4 then it fell apart (many years ago)
2 PbP: once DM IRL issues shut us down and once players just stopped posting and it died on the vine.
It is a grudge match. He has dodged me in a few video games too. If it seems personal then I have described it correctly.
