Since the beginning of time itself, five powerful kingdoms have been at war. And with each kingdom being as powerful as the next, (all having their own unique strengths and weaknesses) the war has been at a complete standstill. Unlike most other people, who only want to win the war, you are trying to end it peacefully. Not long ago, you received a letter from a mysterious figure who calls himself Three. The letter had instructions on how to safely leave your kingdom and meet up with him, along with other adventurers from different kingdoms, to discuss a plan. This was a specially difficult task, as each kingdom is very isolated and it is illegal to go to another kingdom, or to not be from the kingdom you’re in.
For a few months, you have made a long journey towards Oakendale, within the kingdom of The Shield. It is now mid-summer, and your journey has come to a close. You find yourself in the market area of the busy city, 4 hours from the meeting time.
Cross, standing at an imposing 7 feet tall, covered in heavy metal plating for maximum protection, and swinging a greatsword almost as wide as it is long, is not one to exactly blend in with the crowd. Completely oblivious of this fact, and deep in astronomical contemplation, a subject of some interest to him, he strides down the street, splitting the crowds like a shark does the water. His resounding, stomping footsteps echo down the street and announce his arrival from ten feet off.
I am not to meet Three for 4.03 hours. I will amuse myself until then.
Satisfied with this conclusion, the hulking warforged continues on his way, taking in all the sights and sounds of a busy city.
Lars, a tall, about as tall as Cross, but more slender. has out his lute and starts playing a small melody. He taps the mass of iron and bolts. "hello good sir, are you here to see the man named Three?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vanoryn, tall by elf standards (6'2), walks through the many shops visiting every herb or plant stand as he was always looking for good ingredients. He periodically checks his flanks and looks for exits trying to familiarize himself with his current location since he is not native to the kingdom of The Shield.
Only a few more hours. Best to keep blended in the crowd and not draw attention.
Cross regards this stranger with solemn eyes. "I was told," He muses in a rumbling tone, " That our meeting was to be a secret. Are you a secret one also? "
"I look around and take in my surroundings "whew this place is pretty nice compared to the Axe." I notice the crowds parting and see a hulking warforged and catch up to him "I assume your here from three too" I say smiling

Oakendale is known for its many shops and its bustling market. In the four hours you would have time to buy anything from the phb with your 500gp starting money. Except for healing potions, there are only 5 of those available. (just to make buying starting equipment quicker)
"I was led to believe," Cross rumbles after some contemplation, "That a secret was a matter known only to a few. But it seems to me that everyone in this town knows of Three."
Turning to his two new friends he asks, "Could you advise me on how to utilize these scraps of metal?" He indicates the gold coins.
"ah that's gold th main currency you can use it to buy things, speaking of which I'll be back in a bit I'm gonna go check out the shops." I look around and see what sort of shops there are

I look around for any shop with magical equipment. "I think you are just a little... peculiar, so it's pretty easy to assume that you are not from here. one thing leads to another and me and this other one here assume that you have been called."
(Cross) 'You might want to go to the bookstore, Turn The Page'
Lars, the half-elf owner seems to be moving some crates. When you ask him the question, he jumps, not having seem you there, 'Oh uh I just bought this abandoned building a few weeks ago and its still not quite fixed up enough. So I dont have my full inventory here, which is why I am not open yet, but I can try to find you something. What are you lookingfor?' He seems stressed and distracted.
Cross, as you walk into the empty store, you hear some books fall, and see a female gnome peak from around a bookshelf to look at you, ' C-c-could you p-please put away your weapons, uh, sir? You're going to sc-scare the customers.' She says, seeming quite shocked. 'C-can I h-help you?
Holzane, you enter the shop full of weapons and armour and are greeted by a dwarf who seems to be staring at Cross, with a curious look in his face, as he is walking away. When he notices you he steps out of your way. 'Can I help ye with anything? If what you want ain't here, then il have it made in a few hours tops!' He says enthusiastically.
Lars, he starts opening crates and pulling things out until he finds a few items that seem to be in your budget.'I dont have any wands yet, but I've got a sword and some other things you might want'. He first shows you a sword with gems on its hilt and runes on its blade (+1 longsword).'Next, he pulls out a small pouch, 'This here is bigger on the inside than on the outside, so you can hold a lot more' (bag of holding). And last of all, he shows you a red potion in a fancy vial, 'This should heal you if you ever get hurt in battle' (Greater healing potion). 'I could sell you the magic sword for 300gp, the bag of holding for 500gp, and the potion for 200gp.'

Lars, you find an abandoned building that is being renovated. It seems it is going to be a magical equipment shop.
Cross, as you knock over a sword, a dwarf blacksmith walks up to you and, eyeing you curiously. 'Do ye need anything, uh, sir?'
