I have a player who is brand new to RPGs. She’s really into the role-playing and a lot of fun at the table. Since shortly after the campaign started, she has expressed one desire: a snow leopard companion.
Other than having her multi-class and wait three levels, is there any other way I can give her her wosh without breaking the game? My only thought is to let her Wild Companion be a snow leopard kitten, but I think she wants a REAL snow leopard, not a fey spirit who looks like one. (Her current companion is a house cat who is a spoiled brat. Which is my fault.)

I'd say give them a figurine of wonderous power
Either homebrew a new one or reskin an existing one.
That way it's an adult leopard, but with a pocket dimension it can hide in when it's inconvenient
