I played 3e dnd and I want to go to the whole dnd gaming society, I’d love to join a party, time zone is (GMT+2) 18:00, I’m a versatile player and a good friend, I’d love to play with you and enjoy the talks of dnd
Cool, same time zone here. Seems like vast majority here are US players and not a lot going on throughout the day.
I just started DMing an adventure for a group of people, but it seems like it pretty much died off on day 3. I love the adventure though, so I'll probably just open up recruitment for it tonight or something.
@Benismyusername keep an eye for recruiting threads and throw your application to the ones you like the most. Have a couple of character concepts ready in case you need them or if you want to try different things and have patience. There are always new games starting on the forum.
This is true. Best time I've had in D&D lately is DM'ing the Hew Hackinstone NPC in Tomb of Annihilation. He's a hoot! Official description is "Barmy dwarf." :)
That said, there's a lot of prep needed to DM something. I'm starting up a Dragon Heist game right now, and it's my first time in Waterdeep, so I'm having to immerse myself. Fun, but a lot of work. Frankly, it's a lot easier in PbP than IRL. I've found that running something in PbP gives me the time to get the details right, to figure out the monster strategy, and to really build the atmosphere. Then, if I run it IRL, I'm much more prepared. Of course, it takes roughly 30x the amount of time to run it PbP than IRL... so I'll be ready to run Dragon Heist IRL in... three years? :D

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.

Ah but beign a DM you got the chance to RP a lot more that just beign one character.
The Multiple Personality Sindrom that you may develop it's another problem tough XD

Hey Gronkthewise,
Are you still looking for a group? I am as well. Let's collect a few folks and see what we can find.
Thanks,
