Setting:
As a group of adventurers, you hear a legend of an ancient maze controlled by an evil warlock named Diacht. The warlock aided by banished God Cyric created the maze to lure in adventures with the promise of wealth and glory as well as a chance of death. He sends his minions out regularly into the landscape to recruit new 'champions of the maze' with no rhythm or reason nor end.
The maze itself is near the small forest town of Carrowkeel many citizens have lost as well as gained fortune from Diacht's maze. Those who have benefited from the warlock's dark magic, however, aren't giving any clues away nor have the champions been recorded.

Name: Jakar "Blackjak" Xyiseros
Race: Drow
Class: Bard/Lore
Stats: 141113131711
Alignment: Neutral
Time Zone: Pacific Time
Reason For Playing D&D: I love creating intricate backgrounds for characters, places, and other things, as well as developing those things as the story goes on. Also, I enjoy roleplaying and really becoming the characters I play, mostly because real life pales in comparison to dragons and wizards and castles, oh my!

Name: Barosh Savendown
Race: Human
Class: Sorcerer (Draconic Bloodline)
Roll stats: 1516913127
Alignment: Chaotic Good
A wish spell to cure his insanity changes his alignment to Chaotic Evil
Time zone: EST
Reason for playing D&D: D&D gives me a way to create an intricate character and to play it out. It's reminiscent of high fantasy, and I love to live out the adventure.

Name: Baka the Inquisitive
Race: Gnome (Rock)
Class: Wizard (Evocation School)
Roll stats: Ability scores: 91115131214
Alignment: Lawful Neutral - whilst Baka tries to do the right thing expected by Society (Lawful Good) his fascination with Magic and its effects (lots of noise and colour) means that
Time zone: GMT+8 - Manila (Philippines) which is 12-13 hours ahead of the US Eastern States). As I'm usually on in the mornings (Manila time) I am posting when US players are posting in evenings
Reason for playing D&D: Watching a character develop and interact with other characters - I particularly enjoy the richness that Play-by-Post, where people are incognito (and therefore a bit removed) allows for.
Thanks for everyone's interest. I have let those who made it know. If not good luck on future adventures and if something opens up again I'll let you know!!
