You find yourself within the treasure hoard of Tovrog the fierce, the red dragon living and ruling over these mountains. He lies within the vast amounts of gold pieces, chalices and jewels that fill this cavern. These Filthy goblins think they can build their nest within my mountain. think they can lay their filthy fingers on my valuables. Tovrogs voice booms through the cave, and as he dives down into his treasure the struming of the coins thunders after it. I want you to stop them, teach them a lesson, make them fear the might of Tovrog the fierce! He says, his voice muffled only slightly through the coins, his form still below the coins. As he speaks the smell of sulfur reaches your noses. They have claimed the old dwarven ruins, so please, get rid of this scaleles pest! The coins strumm againg as the dragon burrows deeper into the gold before his voice is heard once again, but now just a whisper to what it was before: And Gnisb. No funny buisness.
Reelq listens, keeping his eyes cast downward so that he will not upset the dragon by looking Tovrog in the eyes. At th best of times the the dragon was unreasonable but when angered it was much worse. Once he is out of sight, the Kobold draws his Pepperbox and quickly loads it since it had been ordered to be kept unloaded most of the time due to many a Kobold either maiming or killing themselves trying to figure it out. Once loaded it is placed back in a makeshift holster on the right side of his armor. "You heard the boss. Let's kill some pests..."

Eldon listens in rapt attention as his god speaks. He is a somewhat smallish kobold, barely over 2 feet in height. His scales have a slight golden hue to them and he has scale mail armor on over most of his body. He has a shield slung over his back, but also has the items of a spellcaster as well.
"We will seek out the vermin and get rid of them for you great dragon." Eldon says with fervor. He glances to the others around him, giving them a nod of approval. As always the god has chosen well. "Shall we go, He has spoken."
As soon as Tovrog had begun speaking the Lyre music had ceased, TF's fingers hung in still silence, and the strings themselves stopped vibrating as if they were bowing down before Tovrog's might. Once Tovrog had finished TF stood and stored his lyre away, "Your will is my command my lord! The Goblins will burn! *yip*"
TF looked to the others, his chest puffed out displaying the dragon scales of his heritage cover his own kobold reptilian scales in a magnificent fashion, shining red with a similar hue to their masters. "Yes, let's go!"
Swol stood a head taller than the others. A fierce grin on his face and low growling and ech mention of the goblins. “Will watch him Lord.” Swol looked menacingly at Gnisb. “Go kill goblins now.“
Swol stalks out of the room hunching forward almost beastial in appearance. The longsword at his back looks more like a great sword and is strapped next to a quiver packed with javelins.
Out from the hoard chamber leads a cavern that connects all the other "rooms" in the cave. On your way to the outside you pass the dragons "dining hall", a cavity littered with bones and skulls of various sizes, then the kobold burrows, a system of small tunnels connecting your sleeping chambers, crafting room, cooking room and your very own little treasure hoarde. The last of which is only an abysmal representation of the red dragons counterpart. After the inhabited parts of the caverns follows a cave about half a mile long. A way that can be made by a dragon in no time, actually takes you a moment. And as you reach the exit, it begins to get brighter. it is uncomfortable to exit darknes after a long time, but it is even more so for a kobold, a creature almost alergic to sunlight. But lucky for you, the sun is about to set behind the mountain range that lies before you.
Some or all of you might have seen the path that leads to the dwarven ruins when you were hunting at night. The path to the ruins, accompanied by a small river both lead into the mountain. the cave entrance you are looking for is down the mountain about a mile or two up the valley. What is your marching order while rock climbing?
ooc: Some things in general: - If you have simple questions you can ask them here. - I will sometimes make rolls for you (using your modifieres, no worries) to speed up the process. - We use group initiative: I roll for all involved groups, those groups then act all at once. This is to limit the time we wait for one specific player. - If you miss a post feel free to react late if you wanted to rp and such. - English isnt my first language so if i misspell please ignore it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The sun will be up for a little short of an hour so for that time, the kobolds will have disadvantage on perception checks. So i assume you take the front for the moment. perception (in case): 9
Reelq grunts in an annoyed fashion about the last vestiges of the sunlight. Since it would be a waste of his previous bullets to fire while partially blinded he instead moves his hand to rest on one of the pommels of the two shortswords he carries just incase he can't use his gun. "Then lead goblin."
Knockout hated when his Master spoke. He loved his Master, but feared him as he used to fear his old broodmates, both were mean hearted and often cruel. Unless he was spoken to directly, he would quite often keep to the back of the cavern, in the shadows. He was most comfortable there. His smaller than average size didn't matter there. He could be as large as an orc or as small as a mouse - no one could tell in the dark. A sigh of relief came to him when his Master dismissed the group. He was at the head of the troop as they headed to the surface. At the cave opening he paused, sunlight. He would take up a position close to the front of the group, perhaps right next to Gnisb, in case he tried something. His Master did say No Funny Business.
Eldon would make sure he is to the back of the group, but not last. he would shield his eyes from the sun with a growl of displeasure, but would not complain, since his god had spoken. If he must endure the relentless rays of the sun, then he would do so.
While the others cringed in the sunlight TF tried his best not to, the sun was an embodiment of heat, of that which he loved second, fire. While his eyes burned and he saw sunspots, he refused to close his eyes. He did however stay near the middle of the group so as to have others before and after him in case of an ambush, being bold in the face of adversity didn't mean being dumb.
You make your way down tha valley. At one point your „leader“ misses the path, costing you some extra time but on the plus side, the sun is now vanished behind the mountains, while you are still on the way down. You all now have good vision of the valley. You reach the river and follow it. On your side the mountain forms into a cliffside and after about 30 minutes of walking the river splits of in a sharp turn into the rock. A split in a river is somethin unusual and rare that happens almost exclusively in river deltas, but here it has been that way for a long time, and as water choses the way of least resistance it would be feasable for it to split down this cave entrance.
you have reached the path to the dwarver ruins. How do you proceed?
Eldon follows the others, letting those bigger than him lead the way into the cave. He is glad that the sun has finally gone down though, his eyes feel much better now.
Reelq draws his pistol once more, glad that he can see once again. If they are in the cavern he will begin to slowly start moving to the wall. With little trouble he uses his footwear to begin walking up the wall.

Swol followed at the rear of the pack. This let him watch their backs and keep an eye on the sneaky goblin who kept hiding from him.
