In the city of Neverwinter, a dwarf named Gundren Rockseeker asked you to bring a wagon load of provisions to the rough-and-tumble settlement of Phandalin, a couple of days' travel southeast of the city. Gundren was clearly excited and more than a little secretive about his reasons for the trip, saying only that he and his brothers had found "something big," and that he'd pay you ten gold pieces each for escorting his supplies safely to Barthen's Provisions, a trading post in Phandalin. He then set out ahead of you on horse, along with a warrior escort named Sildar Haliwinter, claiming he needed to arrive early to "take care of business." You've spent the last few days following the High Road south from Neverwinter, and you've just recently veered east along the Triboar Trail. You've encountered no trouble so far, but this territory can be dangerous. Bandits and outlaws have been known to lurk along the trail.
As the group traveled together Gemry, looked around, then at her companions, "I've heard things about this place, bad things." She tightened her grasp on her warhammer for comfort. "Best be on our toes."
Akbarg notices a few familiar faces from the tavern, growing curious as why Gundren had to have so many escorts for a wagon of supplies I look for a chance to see if I can identify its exact content.
I easily notice Akbarg's nose and ears perk up, but the guy seems stiff and facing straight ahead. His blue fiery eyes though, are pointed right at the wagon's hidden content. I smirk and whisper to him in Draconic, "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Surprised at being caught and this humans ability to speak draconic, my eyes veer off the wagon and in a failed aattempt to whisper in draconic i say "I just want to see" and as i say this my eyes fall on the dwarf (Gemry) who first spoke and then on the teifling (ameenez) "this world is bigger than i imagined" and my eyes fall back on the rear of the wagon. Still curious what i got myself into.
You've been on the Triboar Trail for about half a day. As you come around a bend, you spot two dead horses sprawled about fifty feet ahead of you, blocking the path. Each has several black-feathered arrows sticking out of it. The woods press close to the trail here, with a steep embankment and dense thickets on either side
Ameenez discounts his horse and walk towards Genry: "I guess this is not the most welcoming of places" He then mumbles to himself "I knew we shouldn't have come here".
Ameenez looks around to see if there are any traces of people around.
Gemry hears ameemez mumbling and says"We are doing this to get money to see what your visions are all about, travelling isnt free you know. " she then moves to hold one of the horses and says " lets move these and be on our way "
Kildos chuckles at Akborg pushing the dead horse. 'Before you break your back my dragon friend, let's see these arrows that killed the horses'. 'whatever killed these horses may try to kill us'.
They seem like regular arrows, and you can identify the Horses as belonging to Gundren Rockseeker and Sildar Hallwinter, as you approach though you see 2 goblins pop out on either side of the road! ROLL FOR INITIATIVE

Alright so what marching order is everyone going in?
I believe im behind the wagon immediately
Gemry is in the front to the right of the wagon.
I'm the farthest one, I speed up and say in common, "Let's check for booby traps."
You played this starting bit before? :P
Is our wagon being pulled by horses too or are we pushing the wagon or is it like a mechanical?
Horses, this is Forgotten Realms not Eberron :P
Gemry signals the group to halt then dismounts her horse and walks up to the corpses to investigate.
Investigation 15
The saddlebags have been looted. Nearby lies an empty leather map case
Ameenez discounts his horse and walk towards Genry: "I guess this is not the most welcoming of places" He then mumbles to himself "I knew we shouldn't have come here".

Getting impatient i try to push one of th dead horses out of the way.
Gemry hears ameemez mumbling and says"We are doing this to get money to see what your visions are all about, travelling isnt free you know. " she then moves to hold one of the horses and says " lets move these and be on our way "
