I've decided to DM the Lost Mines of Phandelver to help expand my GM experiences. As the mines is the game I've DM'ed the most, I feel it'll be good to to go with this one, since I'm already very familiar with the first chunk of the story.
I am not a rules lawyer DM, though I do try to follow the rules as fairly, and often, as possible. I am also a harsh, but rewarding DM. What I mean by this is.. I won't offer you overt hints. If you forget to state you check the treasure chest in a room.. oh well, I guess you don't loot that chest. If you forget to state that you stealth.. well the enemy can hear you sneaking up on them. Those are some simple examples of exactly what I mean.
I will be adding bits and pieces to the story, since another DM recently inspired me in that regard.
I like to challenge my players. While I am definitely not out to kill PC's, I also (as a player myself) Don't like it when I feel a DM is 'taking it easy' on me. I enjoy a challenge, and the risk of my character dying, because if you feel like your character can't/won't ever come close to deaths door.. it gets.. boring because all the tension fades away since there's no real risk.
I am also seeking people with some solid RP skill. No 1-sentence wonders. Sorry if that comes off harshly, but if I post a 3 paragraph epithet from an NPC at your character, and I get a response like: Steve nods "O.K." .... yeah.
Anyways, enough about that.
Details
Everyone will be starting at level (1)
All ability scores will be Rolled. (4d6 drop lowest, Reroll ones ONCE - it looks like this: Ability scores: 171011101111) And whatever is rolled will be taken, However, you can move around your stat locations so you don't end up with a Wizard with 20 Strength, and 8 INT. Roll here, in this thread.
I will allow multiclassing, but onlyafter level 4.
All content is usable except UA/Homebrew.
Keep your backgrounds good, but simple. You're level 1 - you didn't defeat an entire raiding band of orcs. Or slay a dragon with a pebble. Also please try to avoid the orphan/lone-wanderer background stories(they're just far too common :x), unlessabsolutely needed for character flavor. Try to keep your backgrounds to 1-2 paragraphs.
EXP progression.
You may take starting equipment or gold.
Link your finalized character sheets.
ALL alignments allowed.
Damage is real, roleplay it. You didn't just get critical shot in the arm and act as if it just 'tickles'.
All actions must be 'hyper-linked' unless it can't be. E.G. Fireball.
Be able to post regularly and often. I understand life gets in the way, and I will pilot if necessary, but please try to be able to get out one post per day, minimum. If life happens, inform me/us, as I understand. Just don't go radio silent.
Recruitment will be fairly swift. This Tuesday PM's will be going out. I will only be recruiting three people. Do not PM me.
In a spoiler at the bottom of your post, choose two of these scenarios. Post as if your character was in that scenario, how they would react, etc. This is a chance for you to show off your RP skills, and a major determinant in selection.
1. The townsfolk have you and the party surrounded. Torches.. pitchforks, and rage. They believe you to be responsible for the murders of several beloved townsfolk, as well as several thefts, and arson of the church, including poisoning of the well. You know you didn't do it. You're fairly sure your party members didn't do it, however, there's been no proof that anyone else is responsible, and Kadheri has been vanishing at night and refuses to explain why she keeps going out. You know that if you don't explain the situation promptly, you may be forced to either defend yourself against enraged commoners, or, allow yourself to be killed or put on trial for crimes you may or may not have committed. In the crowd, you spot a mysterious figure who seems to be just watching how things play out, a slight grin on their face, barely visible beneath their sack-cloth hood.... their face.. what you can see of it, looks strangely like Khaderi...
2. Khaderi, and Barobo have fallen to the golem, both in the throes of death. The golem is clearly about to crush Barobo's skull in, to ensure his death. You're weak yourself, having taken a critical blow earlier. The Legendary Scepter is just behind the golem who is currently distracted by your comrades... You're fast... fast enough you could easily get the scepter and run, succeeding in the quest necessary to save the realm, and bring peace back to the lands, as you and your friends were tasked with, and without it, the realm would fall into darkness, and death - But in-so-doing, you ensure the fate of Khaderi and Barobo, to die here, their skulls crushed beneath the construct. The construct also seems pretty weak, a few more good hits, and it may just fall.
3. The shopkeeper, a gruff, angry dwarf who doesn't seem all that fond of your party.. especially you is charging twice the usual rate for even the simplest of items. His stock is quality, but he seems to be judging you and yours by your various races, and attempting to gouge your coinpurses. Khaderi truly needs a new weapon, and Barobo's supply of components has ran out, almost completely.. limiting how many spells he can cast, and once he's out... You don't particularly require any supplies, but there above the mantle, just behind the shopkeepers counter, is a very visibly powerful artifact, thrumming with power, and it just so happens to be exactly the type of Weapon or Armor you can use. The shopkeeper huffs, curses at you all, and heads to the back storage room to grab something....
4. You've finally beaten the wizard the townsfolk have begged you to eliminate. He is at your parties mercy. He's been terrorizing a town, not too far from where he was found. You haven't killed him yet, asking him why he did the things he did. He tells you of how that town took everything from him... they murdered his wife and children, sacrificing them to Shar in a ritualistic, and violent manner - the only reason he escaped that fate, was that he was out of town when it occurred. In his grief, he called out to dark powers, being answered by one of the archdevils of the nine hells, who promised him power, and revenge, in return for service, and his soul once all was rendered. He is clearly telling the truth, about everything.
Backstory: (hadn't realized that linked sheet wouldn't show it)
Marius is the third son of Marcus Argento and the youngest in a long line of mercenary warriors who claim to have distant relations to the various barbarian tribes of the north. This fact seems to ring true with the way those of his line fight as each member has the strength and ferocity that could only come from those hardy people. However somewhere in their past an ancestor of his left the tribe in pursuit of love and took on the family name of his love and severing connections with his tribe that would not abide their union. The Argento clan has developed a reputation for their strength, honor, and sense of justice that guides the jobs they take.
Another known factor is what leads Marius to traveling as he does today, away from the company of his clan. The way the clan functions is as independent mercenaries who travel the lands seeking work and to build their reputation and expand the clans. The warriors of the clan always work to return home for the winter though unless work or other obligations hold them away, but then they will at least try to send word of their deeds and send coin to support the clan.
Looking at the crowd grimly Marius holds his hands up with his palms open as a sign of peace, having learned that his size alone could possibly cause nervous men to act rash unless he kept cool and calm. Making no sudden movements, Marius turns to his other companions while trying to convey with his expression and body language that he didn't wish to shed blood over a misunderstanding. For a moment he thinks to hold his tongue for a more persuasive member of his group to speak out but in his youth he can't help but blurt out, "peace my friends for I would love nothing more than to see justice as much as you all. If you suspect any of my group then I will cooperate with your investigations and should any of my group turn out to be a criminal I will aid you in their capture should they move to flee...ah Kadheri come now and join us as we sort through this." As Marius hopefully finishes he looks to where he thought he saw Khaderi and gently motions with his hand for the hooded figure to come join them.
Looming over the wizard Marius glares down at him with his blue eyes that still hold the smoldering fires of his rage and bloodlust from the fight. His corded muscular arms show red from the blood rushing to his muscles from his earlier exertions as he listens to the wizard's tale. His glaive which had been held at ready to behead the wizard moves in a graceful arc...and land on his shoulder as he rests the mighty weapon against his body and frowns. "Perhaps you are justified in your vendetta wizard...but we are not beasts serving out beasts justice...." Marius says obviously unhappy with the information but not seeming to forgiving the wizard..."now then come peacefully and I will on me honor try to take you to those who will judge the situation fairly. Now that doesn't mean you will go free for you too have committed crimes and consorted with devils but at least we can work to ensure the truth of you is known...and the truth of the town."
Marius looks at the wizard his gaze hard but almost pleading, as if asking the wizard to not force his hand....
Backstory: Cirrus spent all of his life in a small village living with his single mother, a very loving an encouraging human seamstress. She taught him about the inherent good in all people, a belief he carries with him to this day. He has not experienced the world outside of his home village, so he has a sort of childlike innocence and naïveté about him. His mother passed away a bit younger than most humans. She left him some of her favorite outfits and costumes that she made for him. For all of Cirrus' life, there has been a single question burning in his mind: who is my father? He knew from his inherent powers that he had to be someone magical, and through study of texts about the multiverse knows that his father has to be a Djinn. Currently he is trying to earn some money to get to someplace that has information on the plane of air and how to get there. (Also, DnD Beyond didn't give me an option to know Auran, but I want that to be one of the languages I get from my Sage background)
4. Cirrus kneels in front of the wizard, saying "I understand how you feel about losing your family. I've lost mine too. But if you're honest with yourself, is all of THIS really the right thing to do? I believe that when you have good behavior, then you will have good done to you in return. I know that what those townspeople did to you was pure evil, but you cannot truly believe that repaying their cruelty with even worse cruelty is what your family would want you to do, do you? I am going to ask you right now to turn from this path that you are forging for yourself. If you would like, you can help us do something about the townspeople that wronged you. Or, you can walk away form this town, and try to create a new life for yourself. What do you say?" Afterwards, Cirrus would try to remove all influences of Shar in the town.
2. I think Cirrus would run to the Scepter to grab it, while also taking shots at the golem to get it off Barobo.
You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.
Ryner, was a orphan boy with unknown parents, was adopted up by lone wanderer, who revealed to him why she choose him. She was a line of "carriers", tasked by her patron to carry her body and find parts of her essence so that she may become whole. In short, she wanted to raise him into her successor for when she died. She gave him her lineage name, Bladefinder, telling him that they were now one under their master. So, for a few years, they lived on the move, always hunting for clues that'd lead them to what ever it was they looked for. As they travelled, she trained him in the ways of martial combat and maintaining weapons.
Eventually, the day his mother predicted came, and she was fatally wounded. With her last breaths, she handed him their patron's vessel, severing her bind to it and rebinding it to him. She told him their patrons true name, Azi, the first weapon, crafted by primordials and shattered by their war. She longed to be whole, to be free. To be "human" (you know what I mean XD). So the bind completed, and his master dead, Ryner Bladefinder buried his past and began his mission. He had nothing else to live for, so why the heck not.
Scenario #2:
Answer: Ryner, being both weakened and exhausted by the fight, would, with little hesitation, go for the scepter. It was the mission he was tasked with, and the death of two was far dwarfed by the destruction of many. Besides, the golem was just doing it's job. However, he'd take no pleasure in his friend's deaths. Once the dust had settled, he'd see to their bodies, and if they had families, that they are properly informed. He carried something, someone, that neither of them could understand, and he'd be damned if he let her down....still, death was always sad. "Maybe now that, that Golem has nothing to protect, it'll be free....."
Scenario #4:
Answer: Ryner, holds his patron's blade to the man's throat, waiting for judgement from his patron. Should it not come, his answer was clear, "So what?" Ryner's eyes were unflintching, "In the end, you fed one evil to destroy another. Your soul is laid waste, so you have no hope.....however," Ryner raises the blade to behead the lost, broken man, "Know that with your death, I shall extract revenge in your stead." He brings the blade down, and beheads the wizard. In the time that comes after, Ryner brings the trophy of the dark Wizard's head to the town that was being ravaged by him. However, once the people are gathered, he'll suggest a feast! He'll spend the evening, ensuring that all of them were fat on wine and unable to stop what came next. With a combination of his patron's powers, and some basic enginuity, Ryner will lay waste to the enitire town, sparing only the children. When that is done, he'll leave, ensuring the wizard is buried, before countinuing on his hunt.
Herman Ivanov - Variant Human Ranger: ddb.ac/characters/11585750/geJGRb
Short Backstory: Ever since he was a kid, Herman wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and become a soldier. When he turned 18, he became a part of the village militia. However, being a soldier wasn't all that it was cracked up to be because he spent every day dealing with dickish superior officers: getting blamed for things that wasn't his fault, getting punished for objecting to stupid commands. After he gained a bit of notoriety among his fellow soldiers, he was drafted and moved to the King's special military unit tasked with camping out in a nearby network of underground tunnels and caverns to protect the kingdom from monsters that lurk below. They were more or less successful in their operations. However things went south really fast when their elven commander ordered the unit to attack a powerful creature. Herman fled the scene at the first sight of the beast and his commander followed shortly after. Later he learned that his entire unit was slaughtered by the creature, leaving the two who fled, the only survivors. The commander, being a member of nobility, managed to convince the King that the disaster was Herman's fault and managed to paint himself as a hero. Herman was exiled from his home kingdom and he wandered the land doing small tasks and spending the money on ale and shelter.
Scenario 3:
Ans: Herman knows from his travels that the artifact is something the shopkeeper will notice if it went missing. However, that doesn't mean he will notice the spell components. Herman will motion for the party to not react to him and take this opportunity to grab a pouch of spell components for Barobo, knowing that his spell casting will coming in really handy. He will keep his ears open listening for the dwarf in the storage room and trying to track his movements. If he has enough time, he will also grab a few extra gold coins from the shop (like say around 10 or 12). If he doesn't have time he will just grab the spell components and join the party before the dwarf returns. He will then leave the more charismatic companions to try and negotiate the price of the weapon Khaderi needs as well as any other supplies the party might need to buy. All the while Herman stands pretending to be pissed off at the shopkeeper.
Scenario 4:
Ans: Herman looks down at the wizard through his visor. He then says quite coldly, "So, let me get this straight, you made a pact with an archfiend to get revenge on the village. Yeah it sucks that you lost your family but you were still alive, weren't you? You could have easily moved towns and started a new life. You could have plotted better ways to get back at them but Nooo~ you just had to go and make deals with devils, didn't you? Oh bo ho! My family is dead! Guess I'll sell my soul to ******* Asmodeus. Let's say you get your revenge, what then, huh? You didn't think about THAT, did you? They sacrificed your family to Shar, you attacked them in the name of whoever your patron is. What makes you any different from them?" Herman then lowers his before continuing, "Your soul is forfeit and you have gone down a hole you can't get out of. You have become the thing you hate and you are creating more like you..." He seems to walk away from the wizard. He takes a few steps and then turns around and draws his bow. "See you in hell" he says before putting an arrow into the wizard's skull. He then turns to the party and says, "Everyone's shitty here. Let's just label this whole crapfest 'above our pay grade' and get a drink... in a tavern away from here. Maybe we can find and tip off a bunch of Clerics, Paladins or Zealots of this town if we're lucky."
I've deleted and reposted this character as I flubbed the initial code for the die rolls (that'll teach me for reading more carefully). I hope this will be considered fair for an application, as I was getting rolls WAAAAY too high.
Ability Scores: 151214141611
Backstory:
Backstory: Gilari Luganano has chosen those out in the world over his own tribe, and it has shaped his life every since. As a young Goliath he would forage, fight and survive with his clan mates in the high tops of the Nether Mountains; he would survive the climb to the heights of the White Peak as his Rite of the Dying Youth and eventually took his place as a scout at the behest of his clan chief. During his patrols throughout the peaks and foothills, he see fleeting glimpses into the other cultures and learns a few facts of races of the world, each of which pique his curious interest and instill an unusual sense of wanderlust in him. Soon his ranges from the clan lands would take him further and further afield, his time away not going unnoticed by his fellows.
Finally, whilst moving with a hunting party he and several clan mates crested a ridge in the low foothills, a scene of carnage unfolding beneath them. There, a long caravan of traders and their rapidly dwindling escort of guards were being roundly slaughtered by warband of orcs. Human, halfling, elf and dwarf were being felled by the unforgiving onslaught of brutal weaponry; Gilari drew his weapon, and started to push down the scree to lend aid, but the thick hand of one of his compatriots held him back. Gilari turned to council action, to help those being killed below, but the stony faces and steeled visages of his clan told him their thoughts - Survival of the Fittest. It only took a moment, but his mind was made up. Knowing what his choice would mean, he pushed his restraint away and turned in a moment, rushing down the slope with a raucous cry. It was now a slaughter of a different kind as his strikes kindled hope with those few remaining holding weapons, and together they turned the tide of this encounter. Catching his breath after the final blow, Gilari looked upwards to the slope, a moment of hope instanatly dashed as the ridgeline stood empty and one thought came to his mind - exile. He had chosen his path and now he had to walk it; with that he turned to help those in need.
He has travelled slowly ever westwards towards the cities of the Sword Coast, to lend aid and earn gold, and if the situation allows it help others do what he is good at - Win the fight and Survive.
The situation looks grim, but you cannot let your compatriots fall - you have all come too far and risked too much just to "finish the job" and turn tail. Gilari draws on all his martial reserves, honed by countless fatiguing hours of combat, and pushes himself back from the brink of unconsciousness. He tightens his grip around the haft of his maul, and hefts into back into both of his hands. With a low bass cry he charges forward, slamming into the huge bulk of the golem moments before Barobo's demise, carrying the arcane construct several feet backwards before they both are thrown prone together. Gilari reacts and pushes himself up from his knees, grasping for his weapon but the golem strikes first, a powerful jolt into Gilari's ribs. "I. am. Stone!" he cries out fighting the pain surging through him, and with that he brings the maul down with a decisive smack. The dust starts to settle, revealing the fragments of construct strewn across the floor. Gilari takes a few steadying breaths, then with a wobble in his step stands up, retrieves the sceptre and moves to his fallen allies.
"Down, but not out." he smiles to himself as he checks their motionless bodies. He stows his weapons, and grabbing Khaderi's belt he throws him over his shoulder in one fluid movement. He then stoops and reaches down for the scruff of Barobo's coat, turns and drags him behind as he walks back out from whence they came. "Eh, sorry you're getting the raw deal" he smirks talking to Barobo's silent form "but, at least the stories will we about you recovering the sceptre not him."
4. You've finally beaten the wizard the townsfolk have begged you to eliminate. He is at your parties mercy. He's been terrorizing a town, not too far from where he was found. You haven't killed him yet, asking him why he did the things he did. In his grief, he called out to dark powers, being answered by one of the archdevils of the nine hells, who promised him power, and revenge, in return for service, and his soul once all was rendered. He is clearly telling the truth, about everything."
"I can tell you speak the truth, but that does not make your words palatable... Your family died and you survived. That should have been it. You can grieve and mourn for them, even make your life about them. But not like this..." Gilari paces slowly around the wizard, looking at his fellow adventurers trying to glean their feelings on this matter. "By your own words, your soul is damned... that will be torment enough." He ends his steps behind the wizard, and looks one last time at his friends. He sighs, steps forward and with his two mighty hands snaps the wizards neck with one movement. "I am sorry I had to send you to it, but you brought that judgement on yourself" Two of his fellows still look surprised. "His actions did not balance the scales, they only tipped in further. Perhaps we can do something instead. The town would be our next destination, do you agree?"
Could you explain what stats you put where? I mean what of those numbers went tow hat stats. I was meaning for the ability score roller to be used with the 'drop once' option ticked in the dropdown menu @rasec
Could you explain what stats you put where? I mean what of those numbers went tow hat stats. I was meaning for the ability score roller to be used with the 'drop once' option ticked in the dropdown menu @rasec
I presume you're asking me Raiketsu?
Your opening post said to "4d6 drop lowest, Reroll ones ONCE" it didn't state you had to use the Drop-down menu, so after having made previous mistakes I just copied the code from the tooltip in your example rolls. Then, posted the post, let the rolls generate then edited and assigned to my character sheet (which is linked; STR got 16, DEX, 12, CON 17, INT 10, WIS 11, CHA 7)
Background: On the day he broke his brother’s neck in combat, Vimak Hellbringer Katho-Laga realized that his Goliath tribe held no more challenges for him. His mother was its matriarch. She could, he thought then, beat him, but not for long. He was growing larger each day. She was becoming small in the way of the aged. He will not admit it to anyone, least of all himself, but that was also the day the nomad within him asserted itself. He became interested in other peaks and maps of distant southern lands, seeking to leave The Spine of the World behind. The next month he did leave his tribe and his younger brothers and sisters. Now he explores the Sword Coast looking for a challenge and to feed himself by adventuring.
Vimak faces the mob. “Friends,” he yells. “There is no need for bloodshed this night.” He tries to use Persuasion to calm them. “There may be more to the tragic events plaguing your town than we know. Notice—” he lunges and grapples the Khaderi look-a-like –“we are not the only visitors here.” Pulling the look-a-like close to his actual party member, Vimak says, “Let us talk and judge together. While it would be a pleasant challenge to slay all of you,” he seeks to use Intimidation so they take no action, “we have appearances to discuss.”
Vimak faces the golem. At last. At last, a challenge. He inhales deeply, feeling his Second Wind strengthen him. He can be the victor, but the scepter is close. He could take it and keep the promise, complete the task, that he, Khaderi, and Barobo swore to finish. No. He will both win and keep his promise. Vimak charges the golem, attacking it with all his might. He shoves it off Barobo and beats it with his battle ax, planning to counter its attacks with the Stone’s Endurance his mother taught him.
Salazar Falone grew up in Candlekeep having never known much of want: except, more time in the day to pursue idle curiosities. The books of the keep, and stories shared by visiting scholars became an outlet to satisfy an insatiable curiosity about the world. It many ways someday become one of the Avowed became an inevitability. Until the voice that often spoke to him in dreams both waking and deep, teaching and easing any worry, began urging him to leave home. It is then he questioned it for the first time in his life, having so far side-stepped thoughts of pursuing its nature. As if some inherit fear had allowed him to live so peacefully up until that moment.
But 'she' never answered him. And Oghma, the Wise God and chief among the few he worshiped, would only guide him back to his father, Anton. What followed mustering his courage to ask revealed a story Salazar never dreamed of as a possibility. Secret celestial bloodlines, literal guardian angels, ancient secrets -- these were all things meant for story tales, orphans, and adventurers. Not some would be scholar too curious and carefree for his own good. So, he denied the signs, held on to misconceptions, and devoted himself whole-heartedly to preparation for ascending the ranks within the Avowed's hierarchy. Then the dreams began involving a coldness so deep, he often awoke clutching his chest, and realizing a chill lingered over his heart. Salazar left the keep within the next few days, uncertain of his next destination, yet no longer fearful of the journey. Between following the footsteps of his grandmother upon being called to action, or living in self-denial and distancing himself further from his god, the choice was obvious. And who knew, maybe he would return having discovered and written a story worthy of the keep!
Scenario 3:
3. The shopkeeper, a gruff, angry dwarf who doesn't seem all that fond of your party.. especially you is charging twice the usual rate for even the simplest of items. His stock is quality, but he seems to be judging you and yours by your various races, and attempting to gouge your coin purses.
ANS: While at first surprised by the sight of the artifact Salazar is just as quick to brush aside its presence. If not warded in some manner by Dwarven magics and ingenuity, than the fact remained it belonged not to him. Then a thought occurs to him. Whether due to divine inspiration, or some forgotten bit of lore coming back into mind, Salazar motioned Khaderi and Barobe into a huddle. "Here. I took out all but a few a coppers out." He passes along his coin pouch, pocketing the copper as mentioned. Before anyone can protest he raises a finger. "It might not be enough for all the components you need Mr. Barobe, but maybe there's enough there to get by for a little longer. You have mace, Sir Khaderi. Don't get much use out of it anyhow." He slips over the weapon. "Now I'm gonna step out 'fore he gets back. But 'fore I do, some advice? See if you can maybe talk him into problem he needs fixing?"
"Dwarves can be a bit slow to trust folk, and I don't imagine whatever he's got in mind gonna be easy. But if you play your cards right, we'll wind up with a friend for life, and thensome." Salazar pats his fellows on the shoulder then breaks out of the huddle. "And if that doesn't work, well, I'm sure we'll find someone around a bit more open to help. So no point making a big fuss over things."
Scenario 1:
ANS: Salazar looks to the people, hands up in a surrendering motion as he backs away until inevitably bumping into a friends back. At first he could only stand there as their shout obscenities and try to threaten his band into surrendering for 'their' crimes. He gulped audibly, took a breathe, then boldly stepped up as if to represent his party. In the span of a few seconds, his eyes taken on a wholly golden hue as wings of light spawned from his back undeterred by armor, and swept out wide so that all could take in their beauty. One could swear his whole form began radiant a light so warm, so filled with goodness, and so pure that it was hard to look upon him without feeling awe, shame, or even that much more fearful of divine judgement. A similar golden light poured from his mouth as he went from sorrowfully looking to the ground to taking in all with his arms spread wide as if welcoming a hug. "People! Hear me!"He spoke in double toned. "Many of you are angry and scared... as you have every right to be. But this is not the way to the Truth."
He pauses to let his words sink in. "To the peace you seek, and are deserved after bearing such hardships. We know not who it is that is responsible for what has happened. But rest assured that together -- you and us --can uncover the deceit, and bring the one truly responsible to the light of wisdom."After all that he waits, willing to accept the groups justice. If nothing else, he hoped his words would lead to a trial by which they could prove their innocent. Of Khadehri, he says nothing, wishing to believe in her still despite the strangeness.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Yog - [Tortle]Druid/Warlock - Circle of Stars/Celestial (Libretalia)
Since no new applications have come in, I will be choosing soon. And I will be gettign an initial post going tonight, since tomorrow is the only day i'll be too busy with real life.
Hello!
Details

Marius Argento - Human Variant Barbarian

Ryner Bladefinder - Human Warlock (Hexblade)

Death on the Water and Baldur's Gate Bodyguard
Scenario 3:
Scenario 4:
Gilari "Firmblow" Luganano - Goliath Fighter (aiming for Battlemaster)
I've deleted and reposted this character as I flubbed the initial code for the die rolls (that'll teach me for reading more carefully). I hope this will be considered fair for an application, as I was getting rolls WAAAAY too high.
Ability Scores: 15 12 14 14 16 11
"I am sorry I had to send you to it, but you brought that judgement on yourself"
Two of his fellows still look surprised. "His actions did not balance the scales, they only tipped in further. Perhaps we can do something instead. The town would be our next destination, do you agree?"

Is that what you wanted to know?
Edit: I'm an idiot.
@Raiketsu, yah sorry about that, forgot about that function XP, ended up applying them manually
have edited the roll post to explain how I inputted them
@rasec Gotcha.

Vimak Hellbringer Katho-Laga
Post #9 contains the ability score rolls.

Stat Re-Arrangement(before bonuses for ease): Str-14, Dex-9, Con-13, Int-13, Wis-17, Cha-8
Backstory:
Scenario 3:
Scenario 1:
"People! Hear me!" He spoke in double toned. "Many of you are angry and scared... as you have every right to be. But this is not the way to the Truth."
He pauses to let his words sink in. "To the peace you seek, and are deserved after bearing such hardships. We know not who it is that is responsible for what has happened. But rest assured that together -- you and us --can uncover the deceit, and bring the one truly responsible to the light of wisdom." After all that he waits, willing to accept the groups justice. If nothing else, he hoped his words would lead to a trial by which they could prove their innocent. Of Khadehri, he says nothing, wishing to believe in her still despite the strangeness.
