It has been 5 years since Piccolo was defeated by Goku in the World Martial Arts Tournament. These 5 years have been peaceful. It would be nice if the peace could last however, peace was never permanent.
Raki
Working on one of the Check-in stations for souls in the Other World. After roughing up and sending the 500th agitated soul for the day, he received a telepathic link from his supervisor. It seemed that the boss of the Check-in station got a message from North Kai. It seemed the boss was looking for volunteers to go to Earth as it was about to be in danger. The supervisor wanted to know if Raki was interested.
So that's how Raki found himself on Earth. It's been pretty peaceful here. Nothing seems like a global level threat around. He looks up and sees what appears to be a meteor flying overhead.
Dakon
One of the last remaining Saiyans on the planet, Dakon stayed with his family in their small house close to a village in the hilly forests of Earth. Dakon had seen the orange clad fighter known as Goku before but it was never in person. He saw the fight between Goku and Piccolo and Goku was powerful. Without his tail however, Goku looked no different from a human. Had Dakon known Goku was a Saiyan like himself, he might have gone looking for the orange martial artist; perhaps Dakon wouldn't have sought Goku out. It doesn't matter what would have happened. What matters is that Dakon didn't know Goku was a Saiyan and the rest is history.
This day began like any other. He had his dad's cooking for breakfast and was training in the woods. He heard a sound and looked up and saw a meteor flying across the sky.
Nolla
Nolla was born with magical powers. It is very rare but it is not unheard of for one to be born with powers of magic. What set her apart from most others of her kind is that she practiced and got better at controlling her magic. When she wasn't utilizing her powers, she blended in well among the crowds in the big cities.
She was walking along many others in the city when she saw a meteor flying above her head. Now that is not something that you see everyday.
Yatsu
The Red Ribbon Army. Hard to believe an army enhanced by one of the world's most brilliant scientists would fall to a single kid. If you told anyone this, they would think you're crazy but it's true. Yatsu never saw the person who did it himself so he too isn't sure of the actual reason the army was defeated. With the army no more and Dr. Gero missing, he prowled the underworlds of various cities, going on mercenary work for well paying clients. That is until the incident. What was supposed to be a milk run went sideways when one of his teammates decided to rat them out to the local law enforcement. Yatsu managed to escape but now he had to lay low.
Down and out, Yatsu laid on the bed in a dingy apartment in East City. His contacts were exhausted and his funds were dwindling. He needed some way to make money and he needed it fast. He stepped out to his balcony and saw a meteor fly across the blue noon sky.
Talon
Talon was always practicing his martial arts in East City. Today was no different the two had been sparring in the dojo. His friend took a break and went to the restroom, leaving Talon alone for a few minutes. He had come to the city to find his place in the world. Martial arts were the only thing he mastered while growing up. Now he had used them to keep the peace in his city, becoming a very upstanding member of the community.
Talon stepped outside to get some fresh air. He looked up at the blue sky framed by the buildings absent-minded and saw a meteor flying past.
"Hmm..." Nolla says as she runs a hand through her auburn hair. "Wonder what that means..." She decides to check it out and heads in the direction the rock was flying.
On a hilltop, standing 4 feet tall Raki watches the meteor fly over. Certain this is why the supervisor had called for aid his face turns serious. He quickly checks his clothes and adjusts his collar to make himself look presentable. Wiping off any dirt with his purple hands.
He bends his knees and pushes himself off the ground to fly after the meteor.
Upon spotting the meteor, Talon leapt from the balcony of his training room without a second thought for his sparring partner. 'People could be in danger'. He mused while gaining altitude. 'I need to see where that thing is heading'.
The five reach the crash site. Other than a difference of a few seconds, the five arrive at about the same time as each other. The meteor seems to have landed in a mostly open field with a hill or two in the distance. The meteor formed a brown crater in the green grassy field. Arriving here, all five immediately realize something is very very wrong. There is a blue truck parked a close to the meteor. In front of the truck is a portly man in blue overalls and a yellow and black shirt. A rifle is lying next to him. He is dead. There is a bullet hole in his chest. Inside the crater is no mere meteor. Rather, it looks like a metal ball of some sort. There is a door that's open. Inside is enough space for one person to sit. The door has a circular window that is covered by extremely strong red glass like material. Dakon instantly recognizes the object as a Saiyan Space Pod.
Dakon is looking at each stranger, trying to decide friend or foe, when the glint off the red window catches his eye.
"What? This can't be real."
He goes over to the pod, running his hand along it. He looks at the display, eyes even wider as he sees the language he's only seen written by his parents.
"This can't be here. There were others who survived?"
Nolla moves to the dead man and the rifle. She picks up the latter as she hears one of the strangers speak. Looking over he is near the strange ball-shaped thing in the crater. She only then notices that it has a door, and a window. "What is that thing?" Seh asks as she walks towards it.
Nolla is a pretty auburn-haired human, wearing black leather pants and a black button-up blouse. She has the rifle in hand now, but is holding it loosly, pointing the barrel to the ground as she reflexively checks to make sure it is on safety.
Yatsu looks inside the crater and sees the spherical object and the man who ran up to it. Whatever it was, it would surely be worth a lot more than the space rock he had initially envisioned.
He didn’t know what to make of the other people here, but he wasn’t leaving here empty handed. He keeps a hand on the hilt of his short sword, ready to use it if the need arises.
’’Who the hell are you lot?’’
Yatsu is a tall man with dark hair tied in the back. He wears a black and red gi with no sleeves. On his shoulder there is a tattoo of a dragon claw.

Talon drops to the ground with an audible thud, nodding a silent greeting to those gathered. Clocking the now empty ship, he walks over to the dead man and procures the keys to his truck before jumping inside and activating the radio. 'I'm gonna see if there's any emergency broadcasts or news bulletins'. He holla's out of the open window, anxiety clearly evident in his voice.

Raki watches the pod and the people that have arrived from a safe distance.
Knowing a little about the people that live on earth and those that do not the group here might have something to do with this pod.
Raki puts his hand on his chin rubbing it as he thinks. But why stay here after the landing.
He will fly up a bit to look at the surroundings to see tracks or signs of where this visitor might have gone. If he does not see any signs directly he would look for the nearest civilization
(perception 19)
As he flies up in the air he suddenly finds himself within a flock of birds blocking his view and distracting him.

"What is that thing?" Nolla asks again, nodding to the ball with the door and glass. "Is it some sort of space ship or something?" She looks around and frowns as she does so. "If so, where is the person who came in it?" She looks around for any sign of where the person might have gone.
As Dakon turns on the ship, some text appears. It's not in the Saiyan language but it is in the language of the Frost Demons, Lord Freeza's Language. Growing up on Planet Vegeta under the service of Freeza, he can read it. It reads, "Ship Boot complete. Previous Location: NL-5. Current Location: Unknown. Awaiting Further Input."
Pushing her ability to sense Ki to the max, Nolla detects not the person that was in the ship but a residual ki trail from the guy flying off. He headed off somewhere to the south. It seems he is very powerful to have left a trail like that.
Dakon looks toward the south, then turns the screen off. The pod is too big for a child, it must be one of Frieza's army. But only one? And why no destruction and arrive so far away from the cities? He looks toward the dead body, and the gun in the stranger's hand. There is a vague of having passed the dead man and his truck on the road before, someone local.
"The gun will do you no good, if the one who came in this returns. I need to find this soldier. I do not care what you choose to do. Just know a danger may have come this day. Nothing might change, or everything."
Dakon flies up and heads south.

Dakon frowns as he tracks it.
The trail the meteor is leaving looks odd somehow, but he can't place it.
Still, be an interesting thing if he can find it. And it looks like it will fall close enough.
He yells back to the house where he's going and heads out.
Yatsu looked out his balcony with a puzzled look on his face. "What do we have here?"
He wondered for a moment at the price he could fetch on the black market for a meteor. After all, if it came from space, it was probably valuable.
He got dressed and picked up his gear before heading out to the crash site.
On a hilltop, standing 4 feet tall Raki watches the meteor fly over. Certain this is why the supervisor had called for aid his face turns serious. He quickly checks his clothes and adjusts his collar to make himself look presentable. Wiping off any dirt with his purple hands.

The questions remind Dakon that there are others here. He looks at them again, deciding how much he should say. Or even how much they would believe.
A thought hits him and he searches the display screen before stepping back as he scans the area.
"There was someone in this. There's a reason it's here."
He flies straight up, trying to find whoever arrived in the pod.
Dakon has straight black hair to his shoulders and a black leather jerkin and pants. He has a greatsword on his back.
Dakon doesn't see anyone around. The Saiyan pod is currently "off" so the screen doesn't show anything.
((Will go off that he sees it was switched off and not damaged.))
"Damn."
He flies down to the pod and pushes at buttons to turn the screen back on. He's hoping there'll be some signal or something.
Talon drops to the ground with an audible thud, nodding a silent greeting to those gathered. Clocking the now empty ship, he walks over to the dead man and procures the keys to his truck before jumping inside and activating the radio. Yatsu walked down the crater just in time to hear Nolla say that.
''Well, that's his loss. Shouldn't have left his toys unattended. I'm taking this with me.''
