Welcome everyone, to the world of Reillldase, a continent made by the mighty Celestial, the Progenitor. In the beginning, this continent was a lawless, chaotic and savage place, home to barbaric tribes. As a gift to the species he created, as he created all things, he gifted them the Moon’s Blood, a beautiful gem containing the essence of several legendary sentient beings, the Producers. These beings were able to, through innate magic, synthesize the essence of Peace, Prosperity, and Security. These Producers made the journey from the heavens to Reilldase to give them this boon. They also appointed a group of maidens, named the Lunar Daughters, to protect the Moon’s Blood, as well as teaching them a ritual to refill the Moon’s Blood, so as to maintain their golden age. Every decade, the Lunar Daughters made a long pilgrimage to several destinations, where they communed with the Producers and refilled the energy they provided. Recently, the Moon’s Blood has been broken, releasing all of the primal energies without restraint, throwing the world into chaos, and several Lunar Daughters have gone missing. Since this happened, the Progenitor himself has been suffering, since he tied his life force to his people, and their belief in them. A being known only as “Divinity” has appeared, taking credit for the happenings. The Progenitor has summoned you all, from across Reilldase, as his last gamble to defeat Divinity and return balance to his world.
You all awake in a pure white, shining cathedral, which rumbles occasionally, as if in an earthquake. Before you, a large, 25 foot tall being is before you. The Progenitor Himself. A soft silver aura emanates from him, but very weakly. His face is a simple white head shape, with no hair, or facial features. His skin looks much more solid than a normal creature, and has a polished look to it, as if made of stone than flesh. Faint outlines of where facial features would be glimmer in the light. A long, flowing gown, white like everything else, but with gold accents, fades down to nothingness before meeting the floor. A loud, deep voice resonates inside your skulls collectively, making your vision blurry. “You are my chosen. The Gilded Seers have foreseen you, on the Ending Day, facing Divinity, striking him down and returning my land to what it once was. My creations, fulfill your fate, or see the world you know crumble to anarchy and the primal state it once was before my influence.”
As you hear the voice, small cracks appear on the Progenitor’s head as a particularly intense rumble shakes the cathedral room. Out of one of the windows, black smoke seems to rise up from somewhere.
I check my surroundings, eyeing the enclosed space with an uncomfortable air. My green eyes scanning the room as I deem nature to be lacking in such a stone-built place.
"I am your creator, Tiefling. I am the Progenitor. This is my realm, where I reside and rule. Everything you have seen in your life, I have created. I made the Moon's Blood which gave you peace and growth as a planet. But as you can see, since it has been broken, I have lost the ability to influence your society." Physically, the Progenitor floats motionless, but you can still hear a faint rustling sound as his gown sways a little in a non-existent wind.
The room is grand, but mostly barren, no greenery or natural life. None of you are damaged, and are all intact, gear and all.
The Progenitor turns silently and seems to sigh. "That is my shining accomplishment... the glorious city of Eklevia. It is being sieged at the moment, from Divinity's forces. That is the first step to your quest, travelers. My maidens, the Lunar Daughters, need to survive. Some have gone missing, but they are still alive. They need to survive. You must ensure this. Get them out of the city, find someplace safe for them. Divinity's reach has not yet grown far, but it is only a matter of time. And as I have said before, it has been seen by Celestial seers that you all will be the ones to defeat Divinity.. It must be so."
"I can transport you into the cathedral they are taking refuge in, at the center of the city. If you all are ready, I can do it now. Unless you have other questions?"
"Maybe you haven't heard of this city, because you are a much more rural creature, swamp druid. Divinity has waged war against me for reasons unknown to me yet. Our seers have been blocked from the information, which means a powerful force must be behind it. It cannot be Divinity, no mortal being can be that powerful. Something must be working through him, something that wants to destroy me and the prosperity I have brought."
I take a step back in silence to the progenitors answer, stunned by his knowledge of my past before stating I am ready to be transported, eyeing the others with a questioning stare to see if they are ready as well.
"Then prepare yourselves, future heroes. The coming times are not pretty. The maidens are currently hiding in the cellar at the back of their church. Lead them safely out of the city, and may you all survive long enough to fix what I cannot."
A pair of segmented, floating hands appear from the folds of his gown and glow a bright silver. In the blink of an eye, you are all standing in the middle of another large cathedral, this one with large statues of the Progenitor and another, similar statue of a more womanly figure. All around you, windows shatter, people are running and screaming, and the sounds of war are deafeningly close outside. A deep pounding comes from the barred main door.

looks at the being before us and stares in awe being mindful of the black smoke
What is this place, and who are you?
I check my surroundings, eyeing the enclosed space with an uncomfortable air. My green eyes scanning the room as I deem nature to be lacking in such a stone-built place.
I Check myself for any damage and check my equipment for anything missing.
"I am your creator, Tiefling. I am the Progenitor. This is my realm, where I reside and rule. Everything you have seen in your life, I have created. So you, some obviously powerful being summoned us, a bunch of... People. To help kill What I assume is another very powerful being. So, Why us?
I stand quickly and look at the window proclaiming "What is that black smoke?"
The Progenitor turns silently and seems to sigh. "That is my shining accomplishment... the glorious city of Eklevia. It is being sieged at the moment, from Divinity's forces. "How do we get to your daughters? Because I can't seem to see any exit from here."
"I can transport you into the cathedral they are taking refuge in, at the center of the city. If you all are ready, I can do it now. Unless you have other questions?"
"This place seems ancient, yet I have no recollection of such a city?"
"Maybe you haven't heard of this city, because you are a much more rural creature, swamp druid. Divinity has waged war against me for reasons unknown to me yet. The Progenitor's eyeless stare roams around you all, silent and waiting.
"Better than just standing around"
"i agree, let us start this quest, these maidens sound lovely"
"Let's go, please take us away celestial being"
"Then prepare yourselves, future heroes. The coming times are not pretty. The maidens are currently hiding in the cellar at the back of their church. Lead them safely out of the city, and may you all survive long enough to fix what I cannot."

I prepare myself and go into a defensive stance, asking the others of the group "What should we do first?"
"I will take to the aid of the maidens"
steps back and makes a joking bow gesture
"you can take care of things here"
