The small, child-like, form of Cade nods to the elder as he speaks to those around him. Cade wears leather armor, with a traveling cloak over it. He has a scimitar at his belt, and a gnarled staff in his hand. Hunting traps hang from his backpack, and a shield is tied to one side of the pack.
"I would be more than willing to aid in this venture." Cade speaks in a soft voice, as he looks to the others nearby. "I am new in this place, as I was traveling through on my way elsewhere, but feel that this sickness is too much of a danger to ignore. you can count on me to help with this..." Feeling he has spoken too much, and, since doing so was clearly not common for him, he steps back to allow another to speak.
Another halfling even a bit smaller than Cade speaks up. His brown hair is a bit unkempt but he wears a warm smile despite the cold. Across his chest is set of three daggers and on his back is heavy spear that looks a bit to large for him. Around his wrists are simple leather wraps that each have a small blue-green gem in them.
"I was brought up here for a reason and I expect this is it. I will gladly help heal whatever blight is causing this affliction."

Gronk in Bastion, Kingdom of Medrin Elixisysin Talaveroth (Team 2) Uthal in Lost Continent of Theviranne
A tall blond female human, in highly polished armour and what appears to be a holy symbol on her neck-chain and matching accompaniment on her shield, a smile widens on her young face, then falters, "My apologies, I am sorry for your woes. I am very sorry. I was momentarily pleased that there is something that I can try to do to help. With the assistance of these fine Halfling I have no doubt that we can work out the cause and cure of this sickness!"
Standing among the others is a Half Elf of thin build and tall stature. He is dressed like he lives on the thundra rather than in any village. Dressed in skins with a short sword at his side and quiver of arrows on his side. Dark hair and wind blown skin with pointed ears.
Kane nods. "I came after hearing hunters talk about this. I am here to help as much as I can." he states.
Standing near but off to the side is a ragged looking dwarf with unkempt fiery red hair yet a still well kept beard. His clothing is rather plain, mostly made up of tans and browns underneath the large fur cloak worn to keep out the cold. Other then a large bag thrown over his shoulder the only other item of note is a shortsword kept in a simple leather scabbard. The sword itself seems to be the most expensive item the hobo like dwarf owns.
"Didn't know him much. Owed me money to pay off some ale he wasted..." He says in a voice that is rather horse from an obvious lack of use. "But if there is something to fight then I might be willin to help.... Only if you give me free drinks of course..."
Overwhelmingly relieved, Elro thanks you. "Thank you for agreeing to take this on. Of course, I'll make it worth your time - I'll pay you 100 gold upon your return, and I'll buy you drinks at the inn as well", he says, nodding to the dwarf. "I'd like for you to find out what the cause of this malady is - I'm worried it could spread, and I went and tried to talk to Tulgi, but she refuses to talk to me. However, I'm sure she'd be more inclined to speak with adventurers rather than I or the Glassblades. I think you should either search Urgon's home to begin with, or try to speak with Tulgi."
Elro gives you all directions to both Urgon's home and Tulgi's cabin. What do you do?
The pale halfling who spoke first nods to the others around him. "I am Cade." He offers the group. He does not seem use to speaking much, his voice soft and neutral. "Should we first go to look at the house, then seek this hunter second?"
Thurrak seems less then enthusiastic about the idea of having to talk with this female dwarf, obviously not the most talkative of people as he looks the rest of the group over before reaching into the inside pocket of his cloak for a flask. He opens it up and tries to pour some into his mouth, only to grunt and close it due to it being empty. "I say we go and look though the old timers stuff..."
"I was agreein with em." Thurakk mutters as he slowly begins to make his way towards the house, moving at a pace slow enough that it seemed like he was doing so to keep his balance.
Nixco smiles at each person who answered in turn as she say "Nixco is my name and a pleasure to meet you, I wish under better circumstances. I agree to your plan, it is the bestapproach"
Cade nods in agreement. "Good idea to be careful at either the house or with the hunter." He says in his soft voice. "It would be really bad if one of us caught whatever this is..." He would be following as they head on towards the house.
You all walk through town, passing by houses and an inn, following the directions Elro had given you. After about ten minutes of walking, you arrive at the edge of town, and see the house Elro had described to you, and one-story, one-room log cabin. Standing in front of the door is a young Elven woman, standing guard. You can presume that she is a Glassblade, the local group that act as the authorities which Elro had mentioned. She spots you all as you approach, and tells you, "Please, if you would stop there. This is the cabin of Urgon, an old dwarf who recently passed away. I'm not supposed to let people inside, unless they have permission to from Captain Elro."
Cade would fall to the back of the group as they meet the guard by the house. He has done more actual speaking today than is normal for him. He would let the others handle this situation.
Thurakk crosses his arms, stepping to the side when Flynn moves to speak to the guard since it seemed he liked to talk. The grubby dwarf taps his foot in the snow as he waits.

Kane
"I am called Kane.' Kane says with a slight nod. "I am curious so I agree. House first, hunter second."
Kane pauses for a moment.
"Maybe covering the mouth and nose might be wise while inside.' he says. "And not touching things with bare skin.' he adds.
Kane will follow the rest of the group when they go to the residence.
Cade nods in agreement. "Good idea to be careful at either the house or with the hunter." He says in his soft voice. "It would be really bad if one of us caught whatever this is..." He would be following as they head on towards the house.

Flyn nods and gives a smile. "Well it just so happens that he's the one who sent us. A little bit of outside eyes on the situation you might say."

Nixco
"Good day. Great job of guarding! Yes Elro sent us, could we please take a look around?" Nixco pauses to ask the young elf as she heads to the house.
"Oh, and I wondered if a young lady of the guard might provide directions as to the whereabouts of the priest healers Moradin and Corellon?"
