Hey everyone, this will be a closed game that I am creating for some IRL friends and maybe one other. If I am recruiting, I will post about it.
Okay, nerds...
Jimmy, Dan, and Andy. You three need to make characters and have them ready soon. If you can, use the character builder on here. I hope everything is updated. This campaign will have it's own page as well. I will link that once it is made. I have not decided which game I will run, which Adventure would y'all like?

"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

As long as it's not Strahd I don't give the slightest lol. I might not be able to put my character on here though I want to use some stuff not on character builder yet.
Breeze, the Air Genasi Rogue in G.M.O.A.T.S sunless citadel Guldrum, the Dwarf Barbarian in Ye ol' Yarn Spun Legend Baku, the Tortle Bloodhunter in Coliseum of Conquest
The rules are purposely open-ended concerning mundane tasks like tying knots, but sometimes knowing how well a knot was fashioned is important in a dramatic scene when someone is trying to untie a knot or slip out of one. Here’s an optional rule for determining the effectiveness of a knot.
The creature who ties the knot makes an Intelligence (Sleight of Hand) check when doing so. The total of the check becomes the DC for an attempt to untie the knot with an Intelligence (Sleight of Hand) check or to slip out of it with a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check.
This rule intentionally links Sleight of Hand with Intelligence, rather than Dexterity. This is an example of how to apply the rule in the “Variant: Skills with Different Abilities” section in chapter 7 of the Player’s Handbook.
((OOG I would allow DEX or INT for this...))

In the small fishing town of Pier To'leah, on the river Alle'Evgani nestled in the Deadwood forest lies a little stone building. It's quite new, compared to the other buildings in town. This one is made of the best stone and has the most interesting people residing inside of it.
This is the Deadwood Explorers Co., the first of its kind in the area.
The Deadwood has been known for it's lost cities and hidden dungeons, and the Deadwood Explorers Co. plans to send explorers and adventurers out to these sites to find their wealth and fame. Or maybe a lost piece of knowledge. Welcome to Pier To'leah and to the Deadwood Explorers Co.! Your destiny awaits...
Aust, you come into the village after many days riding upriver on a fishing boat. Getting to the Deadwood Explorer's Co. has been lazy and relaxing. Even with the little bit of work you had to do. The owner was quite kind in letting you ride, for just a little bit of help pulling in nets and gutting fish. Things you are very adept at.
Pulling up to port, Fisherman Jones says to you, "I appreciate all the help you have given me these past few days. Please, if you ever need a ride again; I will be more than happy to have the help and to bring you along." He hands you x10 pieces of dried fish. "There's always fish that need catching, and hands to do the catching!"
Kursh, you have been traveling the Old Road for some time now. You know your destination is to the Deadwood Explorer's Co. offices. They have offered a nice wage for an adventurer such as yourself. As you get closer to the village you can smell the river, clean and crisp. And a hint of fish.
Walking towards the village green you see fishing boats coming and going, obviously the trade of this town. And that's when you spot it. The Deadwood Explorer's Co.
((OOG Okay, you don't have to post in order unless it is Initiative. So, whenever you are ready to start posting. Don't be afraid to ask questions, you two are still new at this so there might be some confusing things popping up. That's where I will help, and Andy as well. He knows this site and how to game on here really well. Just if he could play his characters like that hahahaha #prospect4life Good luck!))

((OOG in your next post, please describe your characters.))
Kursh, you head across the village green and see small children playing with wooden swords, or spinning around the Fey Day pole. There is laughter coming from them as they greet you. Some of the boys will look at your weapons in awe.
You can smell baked fish and some sweet smelling pies coming from the houses, as you get closer to the DE Co. you see a tavern called "The Busted Billy Goat", it seems a little quiet in there this morning, typical for most small villages.
As you get close to the building you hear a very peculiar voice boasting loudly.
"Well, I have you know, that is untrue!" Her voice is small but carries weight. You make it to the door as you hear her say again, loudly, "Be gone from here, we are but humble explorers seeking knowledge. We do not need your hands in our business!"

kursh is a very damaged half orc. She is very huanted by the horrors she has witnessed. She doesn’t talk about her past or the things she has seen and done. She fights the evil that is in her as well as her own thoughts.
Kursh turns to see who the voice belongs too while asking who are you speaking to?
The door opens and a man in a golden cloak steps out. He looks at you and his upper lip curls up. "Another to be flogged by the veils of the Deadwood." He says as he storms away and mounts a horse, also draped in golden finery.
A small gnome female walks out behind him. "Him. He's of no consequence. You, though. Wow! You look mighty! Have you interest in the Deadwood Explorer's Company? We could always use strong hands and sharp minds!" She opens the door wider for you.

Aust turns to leave, but before so he turns to fisherman jones saying "thank you for your kind hospitality. I hope for safe travels for you and your ship." (OOG using my cell or words would be color coded) . he smirks and puts his hood up turning towards deadwood explorer. Aust will be taking mental notes of the surrounding shoreline and docks.

It's Sleight of Hand if I recall correctly.
