More or less. Keep in mind that “regular” owls covers a lot of range from the elf owl (about the size of a soda can), to the eagle owl (6-9 lbs, 2-3’ high, 5-7’ wingspan). The giant owl would be even bigger- 20-30lbs, 4-5’ high, 10-12’ wingspan
I default to seeing the Beast of the Land as a wolf or some kind of great cat (usually a panther.)
Beast of the Sky to an eagle or an owl
Beast of the Sea is the most malleable one. It's either a shark, a crab, a lobster, or a snake.
With the beast of the land I think the charge ability means the creature should have horns. But most horned beasts can’t climb. For beast of the sea, the shark can’t walk even 5 feet on land. Maybe a crocodile?
I know the description says they can be anything you want them to be, but given the rules, what make the most sense?
I think beast of the land is either a giant goat, or possibly a small Rhino.
beast of the sea could be an Aldani (lobster folk)?
Beast of the sky could be a Giant Owl?
The idea is that each time you summon it you can make it a different but appropriate beast.

The beast of the sky is a small creature, thus not a giant owl.
So more like a regular owl with a lot of hit points?

How about a squid for the beast of the sea - darkness (ink), 8 attacks including 2 reach attacks, and each attack can be a grapple.

A squid could work, but the beast of the sea doesn’t have an ink attack. So crab or lobster might fit better.
Beast of the Land: Juvenile Allosaurus
Beast of the Air: Dimorphodon
Beast of the Sea: Icthyosaurus
My Beastmaster tends to stick to his own theme, rather than adapt to the environment. (Although it’d probably be easier to do that)
