Per the PHB: Primal Bond. Add your Proficiency Bonus to any ability check or saving throw the beast makes.
So basically, the Primal Beast has proficiency in everything. They add their ability modifier and the Ranger's Proficiency bonus to everything, from Acrobatics to Survival?
If it's proficient in everything that means it's eligible to give the Help Action in every Skill.
