I'm about to start a new campaign using '24 rules and the DM is allowing us to backport pre-2024 sublasses with permission. I've yet to play a Ranger, but Swarmkeeper caught my eye- however I have a question regarding the interaction between Writhing Tide and the 2024 version of Roving.
The 2014 Roving feature found under Deft Explorer specified that walking speed was increased, but the 2024 version just references "Your Speed". Does this mean that when I reach level 7 and gain Writhing Tide, that Roving also applies to the 10ft of Flying Speed granted by the feature?
If so, then it would reason that I could stack on Longstrider and Speedy to gain 40ft of Flight for 1 minute with each activation of Writhing Tide.
Am I reading this ruling correctly?
