It's not bad. I can think of other things to do with the 2 levels you put in bard though: 2 levels in rogue gets blind sense and another d6 to sneak attack, 2 levels ranger gets you WIS saves and you will be the same spellcaster level as current build, 2 levels druid can get you access to an assortment of spells that you can chamge daily and wildshape.
You also may be intersted in getting the alert feat for +5 to initiative, you can't be surprised, and hidden enemies can't get advantage on you though the observant feat is already making those 2 things difficult for your enemies anyway.
