I'm new playing the beast master with the Land Beast Companion, and I'm sttrugling having my pet in the most comfortable way. How are you doing It for a quick and comfortable attack? Is there a optimal way while the team implements It?
Maybe I can set a custom made objet with the sheet of the Land Beast, I don't know...
I just want to hear for your tips, i'm sure there is a better way and you have found It! :)
It would help if you told us what platform you're playing on. For example, I'm playing a Drakewarden Ranger on Roll20, my Dungeon Master created a token for the drake and gave me control to move it, and I just created macros for the drake's attack and damage rolls.
I am not sure if this is what you are asking but.. the dndbeyond character sheet has an extras tab for adding creatures to a character sheet. It is just under the conditions section all the way to the right. You need to then click manage extras and pick beast companion from the pulldown menu. There you can choose a stat block but you can just view it. you will need to figure out how to roll it and add the proficiency bonus on your own.

The Primal Companions aren't available in the Extras section, their actions are listed in the Actions tab of the character sheet in the same place as the character's attacks. I don't know if they can be rolled straight from the sheet, though.
You can find the info on the character sheet. It's under Features & Traits -> Class Features -> Find "Primal Companion" and click on it (Have to set up character sheet correctly). The stats will be shown when clicked on.
