I've noticed recently that reliable talent just doesn't work on the app or on the website. It is supposed to treat rolls lower than a 9 on the dice as a 10, however is just adds the number. This isn't a huge issue but it seems like a small oversight and would feel a bit more rewarding to see the big numbers a rogue can get. This also applies to the college of eloquence bard, the similar ability that they get.
